Composition and lyrics

Over an atmospheric instrumental, Nav expresses his desire to be alone and tune out the outside noise, much like the lyrical topic of a regular song by him. [2] The song sees Nav express his introverted personality, in which he raps in the chorus: "Lately, I just wanna be by myself / I can't hold it in, it's burnin' (Burnin') / I'm the only one that's earnin' / So let me do what I want (Yeah)". [3] A slow song based on organ-led production, it contains a light instrumental that accompanies Nav as he expresses his emotions. [4]
