Navraj Singh Goraya, better known as Nav, is a Canadian rapper and record producer. Nav originally began his career as a producer, in which he notably co-produced the 2015 single "Back to Back" by fellow Canadian rapper and singer Drake. He is signed to Canadian singer the Weeknd's record label, XO, and its parent label, Republic Records, where he is managed by XO managers Amir "Cash" Esmailian and Wassim "Sal" Slaiby.

It moderately entered the Billboard 200, while his collaborative mixtape with fellow Georgia rapper Lil Baby, Drip Harder, peaked at number four on the chart. Its lead single, "Drip Too Hard" peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100, received diamond certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and was nominated for Best Rap/Sung Performance at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards.

In the following week, he signed with Scott's record label, Cactus Jack Records, in a joint venture with Atlantic Records.

Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., known professionally as Roddy Ricch, is an American rapper from Compton, California. He rose to fame in 2018 following the release of his single "Die Young," which marked his first entry on the Billboard Hot 100. Moore's first two mixtapes, Feed Tha Streets (2017) and Feed Tha Streets II (2018) received widespread acclaim. Moore guest featured alongside Hit-Boy on Nipsey Hussle's 2019 single "Racks in the Middle"—which earned him a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance—and on Mustard's single "Ballin'" that same year, which peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and received a nomination for the same award.

Nicholas Warren Mira is an American record producer. He is co-founder and flagship member of the hip hop production collective and record label Internet Money Records, which he formed with fellow producer Taz Taylor in 2015. He worked with late American rapper Juice Wrld to produce his songs "Lucid Dreams", "Robbery", "Bandit", and "Lean wit Me". He also worked with rapper Lil Tecca to produce his 2019 hit song "Ransom," and co-produced Internet Money's 2020 single "Lemonade." Mira released his first collaborative album with the label, B4 the Storm (2020), to positive reception.

Tyler-Justin Anthony Sharpe, known professionally as Lil Tecca, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter and record producer. He rose to mainstream fame with the release of his 2019 single "Ransom", which peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100. The song preceded the release of his debut mixtape We Love You Tecca (2019), which peaked at number four on the Billboard 200 and contained the follow-up singles "Love Me" and "Did It Again". His debut studio album, Virgo World (2020) peaked at number ten on the Billboard 200, while his second and third albums, We Love You Tecca 2 (2021) and Tec (2023) reached similar positions on the chart. The latter two spawned the singles "Never Left" and "500lbs", respectively, both of which received platinum certifications by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). His fourth studio album Plan A was released in 2024.

The album was completed in one month and contains many throwaway songs that were reworked. "Pushin P" is a song by American rappers Gunna, Future, and Young Thug. It was released on January 7, 2022, as the second track from Gunna's third studio album DS4Ever. The "hypnotic", alliterative track finds the trio rapping about "pushin p", which is a phrase popularized by Gunna that means to "keep it real". The track was regarded by some critics as a standout from DS4Ever, and became the album's highest-charting track, debuting at number seven on the Billboard Hot 100.
