Lauren Cox (born 27 November 2001) is an English international swimmer. She has represented England at the Commonwealth Games. [1] [2]

Biography

Cox educated at Loughborough University won two medals including the gold medal in the 50 metres backstroke event, at the 2022 British Swimming Championships. [3]

In 2022, she was selected for the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham where she competed in two events; the women's 50 metres backstroke, finishing in 4th place and the women's 100 metres backstroke, finishing in 5th place. [1] [4]

In 2023, she won the gold medal at the 2023 British Swimming Championships in the 50 metres backstroke. It was the second time that she had won the 50 metres title. [5]

He won a silver medal as lead-off for Great Britain in the 4 x 100 metre medley relay for men at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Freya Ann Alexandra Anderson is a British swimmer, known primarily for her achievements as a freestyle sprinter, especially as a relay swimmer for Great Britain. Anderson achieved nine relay gold medals at three editions of the European Championships, including 5 golds in a single meet at the 2020 European Championships in Budapest, as well as two bronze medals at the Commonwealth Games and a bronze at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships.
