Laurence Pike is an Australian drummer and electronic musician. He studied at Sydney Conservatorium of Music under Mike Nock. Pike has specialised in improvised music, "[integrating] everything from jazz to psych to ambient to ... experimental electronic". [1]

Pike is a member of PVT (formerly Pivot) and Szun Waves (with Luke Abbott, and Jack Wyllie of Portico Quartet), a former member of Triosk, and released his debut solo album Distant Early Warning on The Leaf Label on 30 March 2018. [2] [3] [1]

The album was recorded on a drum kit and sampler in one day, and was described by All About Jazz as "a technological and spiritual jazz suite" and "a work of intense serenity". [4] [5]

Pike is a longstanding member of Jack Ladder & The Dreamlanders (featuring Kirin J. Callinan, Donny Benét), and regularly tours and records with Sarah Blasko, and 4AD recording artist D.D Dumbo.

The Kite String Tangle is the solo project of Brisbane-based alternative electronic artist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Danny Harley. Harley launched the project in 2012 and released an EP titled Vessel in 2014. He has since issued three studio albums, The Kite String Tangle in 2017, The Kite String Tangle Presents: In a Desperate Moment in 2018, and C D3X in 2020.

Sukhdeep Singh Bhogal is better known as L-Fresh the LION is an Australian hip hop artist from Sydney Australia. His music covers a range of issues with a social justice focus, which includes racism and prejudice. The acronym F.R.E.S.H. is for Forever Rising Exceeding Sudden Hardships, while the L and Lion refer to his middle name, Singh, which is given to Sikh men. L-Fresh the LION is "inspired by the soulful movement in US hip hop of the late 1990s/early 2000s, and the love and respect for his own cultural and ancestral roots of the Sikhs from Punjab, India and is an ambassador of The Street University, where he works as a mentor and A&R co-ordinator of Australia's largest youth drop-in centre.

Alexandra Lahey is an Australian alternative rock singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Her debut album, I Love You Like a Brother was released on 6 October 2017 and peaked at No. 15 on the ARIA Albums Chart.

Luca Brasi are an Australian rock band formed in St Helens, Tasmania in 2009. The current line-up of the band features Thomas Busby on lead guitar, Danny Flood on drums, Patrick Marshall on rhythm guitar and vocals, and Tyler Richardson on lead vocals and bass guitar. To date, the group have released five studio albums: Extended Family (2011), By a Thread (2014), If This Is All We're Going to Be (2016), Stay (2018) and Everything Is Tenuous (2021). Stay became their first ARIA top 10.

Lachlan R "Lachy" Doley is an Australian musician, singer and songwriter best known for playing the Hammond organ and whammy clavinet. Doley has recorded and/or toured with Jimmy Barnes, Glenn Hughes, Billy Thorpe, Joe Bonamassa and Powderfinger. Doley has issued one album as a solo artist, Typically Individual Conforming Anti-Social (2011) and four albums fronting Lachy Doley Group. Lovelight peaked at number 40 on the ARIA Albums Chart.

Cash Savage and the Last Drinks is an Australian band from Melbourne, formed in 2008 by singer and guitarist Cash Savage. Currently, the lineup also includes guitarist Joe White and Jess Zubkevych, fiddlist Kat Mear, percussionist Rene Mancuso, and bassist Nick Finch. They have released four studio albums: Wolf (2010), The Hypnotiser (2013), One of Us (2016), and Good Citizens (2018).

Sampa the Great Zambian-Australian rapper and musician

Sampa Tembo, known professionally as Sampa the Great, is a Zambian-born Australian-based rapper and songwriter. Her debut solo album, The Return, peaked at No. 12 on the ARIA Albums Chart. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2019 she won Best Hip Hop Release for her second single, "Final Form". In the following year she won the same category for The Return, as well as Best Female Artist and Best Independent Release.

Tropical Fuck Storm

Tropical Fuck Storm are an Australian band from Melbourne, Victoria, formed by Gareth Liddiard and Fiona Kitschin while on hiatus from the blues punk band The Drones. Lauren Hammel, from the band High Tension, plays drums, and Erica Dunn, from the bands MOD CON, Harmony and Palm Springs, plays guitars, keyboards, and other instruments. Their sound is characterized by elements of art punk, noise rock and experimental rock.

Szun Waves is a British band composed of electronic producer Luke Abbott, Laurence Pike of PVT on drums and Jack Wyllie of Portico Quartet on saxophone. The band combines elements of spiritual and experimental jazz with electronic music. Their debut album At Sacred Walls was released in 2016. In August 2018 they released the follow-up, New Hymn To Freedom.
