Level10 Comics is an Indian comic book publisher company, based out of Mumbai, India. Founded in late 2009 [1] by Shreyas Srinivas and Suhas Sundar, the company started publishing comic books for the teen audience in April 2010. Its flagship monthly publication JUMP [2] is India's first full-fledged comic magazine targeted at the 18–30 male audience. [3] The company is currently in the process of creating a digital comic publishing platform.
In late 2009, Shreyas Srinivas – a former Unilever Manager and Suhas Sundar – a former software professional decided to form Level 10 Studios. The Indian comic scene mainly comprised public domain mythological characters inspired from Ramayana and Mahabharata. Level 10 Studios focused on creating original intellectual properties. [4] The company also ran a full-fledged Studio division offering visual graphic and design services to external clients.
In December 2010, the company managed to raise angel funding from Seedfund [5] and Mumbai Angels, two of India's prominent early-stage venture capital firms. The company was renamed as 'Level 10 Entertainment' and eventually shut down its studio division to focus on the creation of new intellectual properties. It also re-launched its flagship publication 'Comic JUMP' and decided to shift focus to the 18–30 Urban Male demographic. [6]
Level 10 Entertainment experiments with a variety of genres. Some of their titles include the zombie thriller The Rabhas Incident, superhero epic Shaurya, fantasy series Batu-Gaiden, dark-hero titles Daksh by Shamik Dasgupta, and Odayan by Suhas Sundar. [7] Other titles include Northern Song and Sando. They also published a variety of creator-owned titles during 2010–11.
Each of the above-mentioned series' have unique design and art styles and are popular among both adults and children. [14]
Level 10 has made graphic novels of Odayan and Daksh.

Liquid Comics is an Indian comic book publishing company, founded in 2006 as Virgin Comics LLC, which produces stories for an international audience. The company was founded by Sir Richard Branson and his Virgin Group, author Deepak Chopra, filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, and entrepreneurs Sharad Devarajan, Suresh Seetharaman, and Gotham Chopra. In August 2008, the company restructured and relocated from New York to Los Angeles. On September 24, 2008, it was announced that Virgin Comics was renamed Liquid Comics after a management buyout.
Shamik Dasgupta is an Indian comic book writer. He has done work for Virgin Comics, specifically for Ramayan 3392 A.D. a series based on the ancient Hindu epic Ramayana and set in a distant future. He has also written a one shot horror graphic novel called Virulents.
Comic Con India (CCI) is a series of annual comic-based conventions held in India. The first edition was held in New Delhi in 2011 and over the years has expanded to other major cities in India such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Ahmadabad. There are annual comic cons now in all these cities. Cumulatively these five cities attract over 200,000 visitors with over 1200 exhibitors. Jatin Varma, the founder & managing director of Comic Con India, launched the first comic con in India in Delhi in 2011. Since 2014, Comic Con India has been conducted in collaboration with ReedPop, the organisers of the New York Comic Con and the MCM London Comic Con.
Puttakkana Highway is a 2011 Indian Kannada drama film starring Shruti and Prakash Raj in the lead roles. The film was directed by B. Suresha. Prakash Rai and Shylaja Nag jointly produced this venture under Duet Movies and Media House banner. Hamsalekha composed the music and H. M. Ramachandra was the cameraman. The story is based on the novel Puttakkana Medical College by acclaimed writer and filmmaker Nagathihalli Chandrashekar.

He received critical acclaim for the role of a drug addict, "Roy D'Souza" in Channel V India's Paanch 5 Wrongs Make A Right and played "Dev" in Colors's 24. Yali Dream Creations LLC, known as YDC, is an Indian comic books publisher, focused on creating original stories using comics and graphic novels. YDC was founded in 2012 by Asvin Srivatsangam, and published its first graphic novel in 2013, written by Shamik Dasgupta.
Noorondu Nenapu is a 2017 Indian Kannada romantic drama film which dates back in the 1980s, directed by Kumaresh M.
