Lighten Up is the second solo studio album by American singer-songwriter Erin Rae, released in 2022. It peaked at number 47 on the UK Albums Chart. [7]
The album gained critical attention upon release and was ranked at 85 in Rolling Stone's Best Albums Of 2022 list. [8] The positive reception surrounding the album prompted Rae to embark on her first headlining tour across the United States in the fall of 2023. The tour produced a subsequent live album, titled Lighten Up & Try (Live From The Heart) which features performances of all the songs on Lighten Up in addition to songs from elsewhere in Rae's discography.

L.A. is the 23rd studio album by the American rock band the Beach Boys, released on March 16, 1979, and their first issued through CBS Records. Recorded during a period of acrimony between the band members, it was a critical and commercial failure, peaking at number 100 in the U.S. and number 32 in the UK.
Lionel Richie is the debut solo studio album by American singer Lionel Richie, released on October 6, 1982, on Motown Records. Originally intended as a side project at the suggestion of Motown, it was recorded and released while Richie was still a member of the Commodores; he left the group shortly after the album's release. The first single from the album, "Truly", topped the Billboard Hot 100. Follow-up single "You Are" reached number four, and "My Love" reached number five. The album reached number one on the Cashbox albums chart on December 11, 1982.

Out of Season is a studio album by vocalist Beth Gibbons and bassist Paul Webb. It was released on 28 October 2002 in the United Kingdom and on 7 October 2003 in the United States. Out of Season is largely a folk album with jazz leanings, with Gibbons and Webb drawing more directly on the influences of Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, and Nick Drake, at which Portishead's work in trip hop only hinted.
