Band bassist Jett Beres was quoted as saying "The five years since our last record has been anything but a straight and clear path. After making records together for over 20 years, we found ourselves struggling to find The Sound; a body of work that would honestly represent who each of us were as a band and as individuals. The music that was created was our 'lighter in the dark.' The songs that form this record slowly began to illuminate a clarity of direction and creativity for us. In choosing a record title, this lyric from the song 'Something to Believe In' became the clear choice to represent our journey, our struggles, and ultimately our deliverance." [3]

Heart is an American/Canadian rock band formed in 1973 in Vancouver, British Columbia. The band evolved from previous projects led by founding members Roger Fisher (guitar) and Steve Fossen, including The Army (1967–1969), Hocus Pocus (1969–1970), and White Heart (1970–1973). "We'll Find It" was included in the soundtrack for the film The Wedding Planner, starring Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey. The title of the album comes from a lyric in said song.

"One of These Nights" is a song by the American rock band Eagles, written by Don Henley and Glenn Frey. The title track from their 1975 One of These Nights album, the song became their second single to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart after "Best of My Love" and also helped propel the album to number one. The single version was shortened from the album version of the song, removing most of the song's intro and most of its fade-out, as well. Henley is lead vocalist on the verses, while Randy Meisner sings high harmony on the refrain.
