Wollongong City finished 10th in their National Soccer League season, and were eliminated in the NSL Cup second round by Newcastle Rosebud United.

Wollongong City finished 8th to be relegated in their National Soccer League season, and were eliminated in the NSL Cup second round by Sydney Olympic.
