The Oxford Book of Welsh Verse in English was a 1977 poetry anthology edited by the author and academic Gwyn Jones. It covered both Welsh language poetry, in English translation, and Welsh poets writing in English.
SuperTed is a Welsh superhero animated television series about an anthropomorphic teddy bear with superpowers, created by writer and animator Mike Young. Originally created by Young as a series of stories to help his son overcome his fear of the dark, SuperTed became a popular series of books and led to an animated series produced from 1983 to 1986. An American-produced series, The Further Adventures of SuperTed, was produced by Hanna Barbera in 1989. The series also aired on The Disney Channel in the United States where it became the first British animated series to air on that channel.
The Blobs was an animated television series based on the books by DC Thomson, published in 1980. It tells the story of a community of colourful paint-splash characters who live in Paintbox Land. The 26-episode series, narrated originally by Jane Horrocks, was produced in 1996 by Siriol Animation in Wales, in association with DC Thomson & Co., Sianel Pedwar Cymru (S4C) and Scottish Television. The series was purchased by TV Ontario in 1999, and was re-voiced by Julie Zwillich for the North American market.

Gogs!, or simply Gogs, is a Welsh claymation-style animated television series which took the form of a sitcom, originally aired on S4C in 1993, and aired in the rest of the UK on the BBC in 1996. Gogs has since been aired internationally, and still enjoys re-runs on occasion.
Cowbois ac Injans(Cowboys and Engines) is a Welsh language television drama written by brother and sister Jon Tregenna and Catherine Tregenna which was broadcast on S4C. The series was made by Teledu Opus, which later became Rondo Productions. The title was a pun on the phrase "Cowboys and "Injuns"; "injun", a mis-pronunciation of "Indian" sounds similar to "injan", Welsh for "engine".
Toucan 'Tecs: The Adventures of Zippi & Zac is a British children's television programme about two private detectives, a pair of anthropomorphic toucans named Zippi and Zac, who, although based in the jungle, flew around the world solving crimes on their flying devices. Their main enemies were group of ducks, called "The Mad Ducks", led by Red Leader.
FilmFair Animation was a British production company and animation studio that produced children's television series, animated cartoons, educational films, and television advertisements. The company made numerous stop-motion films using puppets, clay animation, and cutout animation.
Sean O'Connor is a British producer, writer and director working in theatre, film, television and radio. He was the editor of the long-running BBC radio drama, The Archers from 2013-16 and created the story of Helen Archer who was coercively controlled by her husband Rob Titchner. The story was widely praised for drawing attention to the new law of coercive control. He replaced Dominic Treadwell-Collins as the executive producer of EastEnders in June 2016.
Gwaith/Cartref is a Welsh language television series that in set in the comprehensive school of Bro Taf, broadcast on S4C. The show was set in the Welsh valley Rhondda Cynon Taf from series one until the end of series five, and Rhymney Valley from the beginning of series six until the end of the show in series nine. The first episode was broadcast on S4C on 18 September 2011 and the final episode on 12 April 2018. Gwaith/Cartref ran for 90 episodes and almost 7 years. In 2019, the first three series were made available on S4C Clic.
Monty the Dog is a cartoon character created by British author Colin West. The character appeared in six books beginning in 1989, and was subsequently used as the basis for a television series. The series, consisting of 13 episodes, was produced by Ealing Animation and aired on BBC1 from 1994 to 1995.
