The Coleman Medal is an Australian rules football award given annually to the Australian Football League (AFL) player who kicks the most goals in the home-and-away season. It is named after Essendon full-forward John Coleman, one of the most prolific goalkickers in the league's history, who was league leading goalkicker for five consecutive seasons.
Gary Ablett Jr. is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Geelong Football Club and Gold Coast Suns in the Australian Football League (AFL). The eldest son of Australian Football Hall of Fame member and former Hawthorn and Geelong player Gary Ablett Sr., Ablett was drafted to Geelong under the father–son rule in the 2001 national draft and has since become recognised as one of the all-time great midfielders. Ablett is a dual premiership player, dual Brownlow Medallist, five-time Leigh Matthews Trophy winner, three-time AFLCA champion player of the year award winner and eight-time All-Australian.

Thomas J. Lynch is an Australian rules footballer who plays for the Richmond Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He previously played 131 games and kicked a then club-record 254 goals at the Gold Coast Suns after being drafted by the club with the 11th overall pick in the 2010 national draft. He served as Gold Coast's co-captain in 2017 and 2018. Lynch is a two time premiership player with Richmond, two time All-Australian - Once in the team and the other in the extended squad, a two-time Gold Coast club champion, four-time Gold Coast leading goalkicker, two-time Richmond leading goalkicker and one-time Richmond best and fairest.
Charlie Dixon is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Port Adelaide Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was recruited by the Gold Coast Football Club as a Queensland zoned selection made available to Gold Coast under the AFL's draft concessions. He scored the first ever goal in the history of the club on 2 April 2011 against Carlton.
Joshua Bruce is a former professional Australian rules footballer who last played for the Western Bulldogs in the Australian Football League (AFL).
