This is a list of characters appearing in the anime Jewelpet .
Rinko is a 14-year-old junior high school student from Takaragaseki. She is somewhat shy with acrophobia and does not excel at school, but has a strong sense of justice. Rinko her friends are chosen by the Four Great Magicians of Jewel Land to gather the lost Jewelpets and return them to Jewel Land before disaster strikes both worlds. She uses two Magical Items: the Jewel Pocketbook to awaken Jewelpets from their Jewel State along with Ruby, and Jewel Stick, which she uses to cast magic.
Minami Asaoka is Rinko's childhood friend and Garnet's human partner. She is a member of the school's kendo club whose family owns an Okonomiyaki shop in the city suburbs. Normally being a tomboy, Minami finds feminine things embarrassing and tries to keep a secret.
Aoi Arisugawa is the daughter of the school principal and Sapphie's human partner. She is member of the influential family who owns Arisugawa Zaibatsu, and has been taken care of by her trusted butler Genshirou in her mansion when her parents were away. Aoi is calm and gentle, but does not have any true friends due to her status. Rinko sees how lonely she is and wants to be friends with her, and succeeds in it after a few misunderstandings and awakening Sapphie.
Samurai Girl: Real Bout High School is a Japanese light novel series written by Reiji Saiga and illustrated by Sora Inoue. It was serialized in Dragon Magazine from 1997 to 2010. A manga adaptation by the same authors was serialized in Monthly Comic Dragon from 1998 to 2001. A 13-episode anime television series was produced by Gonzo in 2001. It is set in a school called Daimon High, where disagreements among the student body are settled by martial arts matches called K-Fights.
Jewelpet is a Japanese media franchise and toy line created in 2008 as a joint venture between Sanrio and Sega Toys, produced by the third character designer of Hello Kitty, Yuko Yamaguchi and illustrated by the character designer of Cinnamoroll, Miyuki Okumura. The franchise was originally launched on January 15, 2008, focusing on animals named after jewels, birthstones and minerals, who can use magic using their eyes.

The series was written by Atsushi Maekawa with direction from Nanako Sasaki, screenplay by Takashi Yamada, and produced by Kazuya Watanabe with character designs from Tomoko Miyakawa. It aired on TV Osaka and TV Tokyo from 5 April 2009 to 26 March 2010, replacing Onegai My Melody Kirara★ in its initial timeslot.

Lady Jewelpet is a Japanese anime television series animated by Studio Comet and Zexcs. It is the 6th installment in the Jewelpet anime franchise based on the characters jointly created by Sanrio and Sega Toys. It was written by Natsuko Takahashi (07-Ghost) and directed by Itsuro Kawasaki. Original character designs were done by Arco Wada (Fate/Extra), while the designs for the Jewelpets, like the previous five seasons before it, are done by Tomoko Miyakawa. It aired on all TXN stations in Japan from April 5, 2014 to March 28, 2015, replacing Jewelpet Happiness in its initial time slot. Lady Jewelpet aired as part of the franchise's 5th anniversary on television and is also the only installment to be officially handled by Zexcs.
