Having premiered on September 14, 1981, it holds the Guinness World Record as the longest-running entertainment news program on television.

The Canadian Broadcasting Centre, also known as the Toronto Broadcast Centre, is an office and studio complex located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It serves as the main broadcast and master control centre for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's English-language television and radio services. It also contains studios for local and regional French-language productions and is the headquarters of the North American Broadcasters Association. Two floors of the facility house the ad agency Bensimon Byrne and its subsidiaries Narrative and OneMethod.
Television City, alternatively CBS Television City, is a television studio complex located in the Fairfax District of Los Angeles, California, United States. The facilities are located at 7800 Beverly Boulevard, at the corner of Fairfax Avenue. Designed by architect William Pereira and Charles Luckman, Television City opened in 1952 as a dedicated electronic (video) production facility, the second CBS network show factory in Southern California, paralleling 35mm film production at CBS Studio Center in the Studio City section of the San Fernando Valley. Radford continues to house soundstage facilities for film-type TV show productions, and also now houses the network's Los Angeles local television operations. Since 1961, Television City has also served as a national backup master control facility for CBS's television network operations. In 2018, CBS sold Television City to the real estate investment company Hackman Capital Partners while continuing to exclusively lease its space.

Metromedia Square was a radio and television studio facility located at 5746 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California on the southeastern corner of Sunset and Van Ness Avenue in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. For decades, it was recognizable by the white, ladder-like snake on the building's roof. This work of art was called "Starsteps" and was dismantled when ownership of the building changed hands in 2000. It was one of the Los Angeles landmarks that had previous landmark status in the late 20th century.
Radford Studio Center, alternatively CBS Studio Center, is a television and film studio located in the Studio City district in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California, United States. The lot has 18 sound stages from 7,000 to 25,000 square feet, 220,000 square feet (20,000 m2) of office space, and 223 dressing rooms. The triangular site is bisected by the Los Angeles River. In 2021, ViacomCBS sold Studio Center to real estate investment companies Hackman Capital Partners and Square Mile Capital Management.
The CBS Broadcast Center is a television and radio production facility located on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. It is CBS's main East Coast production hub, similar to CBS Studio Center in Los Angeles as the West Coast hub. The Broadcast Center is one of three production facilities in Manhattan utilized by Paramount Global. The other two are the Ed Sullivan Theater, which hosts The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, along with the Times Square studios for CBS Mornings, located in the company's headquarters at One Astor Plaza.
Steiner Studios is a film studio at Brooklyn Navy Yard in Brooklyn, New York City. It is the largest film and television production studio complex in the United States outside Hollywood. Steiner Studios, spread across 50 acres (20 ha), contains 30 soundstages as well as additional support space.
Sony Music Studios was an American music recording and mastering facility in New York City. The five-story building was a music and broadcasting complex located at 460 W. 54th Street, at 10th Avenue, in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan. It opened in 1993 and closed in August 2007.
Reeves Teletape Studios was a group of television studios located in Manhattan in New York City. Owned by Reeves Communications Corporation, it was formed in 1974 by the merger of Reeves Sound Services, and Tele-tape Productions. Unitel Video bought the studio and its assets in late 1986, and operated them until at least 1993.
KTBZ is a commercial AM radio station in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It airs a sports radio format as an affiliate of Fox Sports Radio and is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc., with the license held by iHM Licenses, LLC. KTBZ's studios are at the Tulsa Event Center, on Yale Avenue in Southeast Tulsa.
Chelsea Studios, also known as Chelsea Television Studios, is an American television studio and sound stage located at 221 West 26th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues in Chelsea, Manhattan, New York City.
JC Studios was a film and television studio located at 1268 East 14th Street in the Midwood section of Brooklyn, New York. The land on which the studio buildings were situated can trace its motion picture history back to around 1903, when it served as a studio and backlot for Vitagraph and Florence Turner, its first Vitagraph girl. Vitagraph's main Brooklyn facility was located across East 14th Street on property occupied by the Shulamith School for Girls until 2010. In 2017 the site became an eight-story, 300-unit apartment building. Warner Bros built the main studio, bordering on Locust Avenue, in 1936 for use as a short-subject production facility.

The compilation features three shows from three distinct stages in the band's career – a TV appearance in Toronto, Canada in 1967, a Danish TV special during the Doors only European tour in 1968 and an appearance on PBS's Critique show in 1969. Also included is Jim Morrison's only on camera interview.
Trilith Studios is an American film and television production studio located south of Atlanta in Fayette County, Georgia. Originally known as Pinewood Atlanta Studios, the studio has been used to produce many films and television programs, particularly those produced by Marvel Studios. Trilith Studios encompasses a 700-acre site, with a 400-acre backlot and 32 soundstages. A virtual production volume, Prysm Stage, opened in early 2022. As of 2021, Trilith Studios is the largest production facility in the state of Georgia.
