List of Panathinaikos AO presidents

Until 1979 the President of Panathinaikos A.C. was responsible for all the athletic departments. Since 1979 the football club became professional and independent with its own president. The same happened later for the basketball team (1992) and the volleyball team (2001). The following is a list of presidents of Panathinaikos A.C. from the foundation of the club in 1908 to the present day. [1] [2] [3]

As of 2018 Nikos Plitas is the current president.

The esports department of Panathinaikos was established on 29 December 2016. In order to launch the team, the club partnered with CowboyTV, a local game tournament organiser and owner of professional eSports team Void Gaming. The latter will remain active as the youth academy and official scrim partner of the club for League of Legends.

The Greek Basketball Super Cup or Hellenic Basketball Super Cup, is the top-tier level professional basketball national super cup competition in Greece. The first edition of the tournament, was organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.), in 1986. It was contested by the Greek Basket League champions and the Greek Basketball Cup winners. However, the Greek Basketball Super Cup was revived in 2020, by the Hellenic Basketball Association (HEBA), under a final four tournament format.
