Đorđe Balašević was a Serbian singer and songwriter, writer, poet and director. He began his career in the late 1970s as a member of the band Rani Mraz, transitioning after two albums to a solo career. He first gained mainstream prominence for writing Rani Mraz's hit "Računajte na nas", which was often described as an anthem of a generation. Noted for his vivid lyricism and poetry, Balašević was also known for weaving political commentary into his songs and live performance.

The Juan Antonio Samaranch Olympic Hall is an indoor multi-purpose arena in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Named in honor of Juan Antonio Samaranch in 2010 after his death, it was used for various sporting events at the 1984 Winter Olympics, and as the main venue of the 2019 European Youth Olympic Winter Festival.

FK Mladost is a football club from the town of Gacko, in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The club played in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 2002-03 season. However, due to poor results FK Mladost was relegated to the First League of the Republika Srpska.

<i>Bezdan</i> (album) 1986 album by Đorđe Balašević

Bezdan is the fourth studio album released by Serbian and former Yugoslav singer-songwriter Đorđe Balašević. The album was produced by Đorđe Petrović and arrangements were done by Aleksandar Dujin. Those two would be the key associates of Balašević for the next twenty-five years and become the backbone of Balašević supporting band The Unfuckables.
