It lists every Greek professional basketball club to have won one of the two major Greek national domestic trophies, the Greek League championship and the Greek Cup title, as well as any of the major official European continental-wide competitions.

The Hellenic Basketball Association (HEBA), is a governing body for the sport of basketball in Greece. In Greek, it is officially known as the Ελληνικός Σύνδεσμος Ανωνύμων Καλαθοσφαιρικών Εταιρειών (ΕΣΑΚΕ), which means, the Hellenic Association of Limited Basketball Companies in English.
The Greek Basketball League (abbreviated as GBL), and also known as the Stoiximan Greek Basketball League (GBL) for sponsorship reasons, is the first tier level professional basketball league in Greece. It is run by the Hellenic Basketball Association (abbreviated as HEBA; Greek: ΕΣΑΚΕ), under the legal authority of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (abbreviated as HBF; Greek: Ε.Ο.Κ.). Over the years, the league has previously been known by several different names, which have included: the Panhellenic Basketball Championship or Greek Basketball Championship, the Panhellenic Basketball First Category Championship (1st) (A) or Greek Basketball First Category Championship (1st) (A), the Greek Alpha National Basketball Category Championship (A), the Greek Alpha1 National Basketball Category Championship (A1), the HEBA Alpha1 (A1), and most recently, the Greek Basket League. The league's current official main sponsor is Stoiximan.
The Greek Basketball Cup or Hellenic Basketball Cup is the top-tier level annual professional basketball national cup competition in Greece. It is organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.).

The Greek A2 Basket League, is a professional basketball league in Greece. It is the 2nd-tier level of pro competition, among clubs in the country. It is organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). The league is also known as the Greek A2 Basket Elite League for sponsorship reasons.
The Hellenic Basketball Federation is the main basketball governing body for the sport in Greece. It directs and oversees all of the national basketball teams of Greece, including both the junior and senior national teams, of both men and women. From 1969 to 1992, the E.O.K. also solely oversaw the top-tier level men's Greek National Basketball League, before its basic operation was taken over by HEBA, starting with the 1992–93 basketball season.

The Greek basketball league system is a number of interconnected competitions for professional basketball clubs in Greece. The system has a hierarchical format with a promotion and relegation system between competitions at different levels. There are nine different competition levels in the system. The highest level competitions are the professional and semi professional nationwide competitions, which include the top-tier level Greek Basketball League (GBL), the second-tier level Greek A2 Basketball League, the third-tier level Greek B Basketball League, and the fourth-tier level Greek C Basketball League. Those competitions are then followed by the regional amateur level competitions, which include: the A1, the A2, the B, the C, and/or the C1, and the C2 categories.

It was also the 13th season of Greek Basket League that was regulated by HEBA (ESAKE). The winner of the league was Panathinaikos, which beat AEK Athens in the league's playoff's finals series. The clubs MENT and Ionikos Nea Filadelfeia were relegated to the Greek A2 League. The top scorer of the league was Nikos Oikonomou, a player of Panionios.

It was also the 12th season of Greek Basket League championship that was regulated by HEBA (ESAKE). The winner of the league was Panathinaikos, which beat Maroussi in the league's playoff's finals series. The clubs Irakleio and Ilysiakos were relegated to the Greek A2 League, along with Peristeri, which was relegated because it faced financial problems. The top scorer of the league was Nestoras Kommatos.

Dimos Dikoudis, player of AEK Athens, was named the MVP of the league.

The clubs Milon and Makedonikos were relegated to the Greek A2 League. The top scorer of the league was Alphonso Ford, a player of Peristeri. Alphonso Ford was also named the MVP of the league.

It was also the 8th season of Greek Basket League championship that was regulated by HEBA (ESAKE). The winner of the league was Panathinaikos, which beat PAOK in the league's playoff's finals, although the regular season winner was Olympiacos. The clubs Sporting and Esperos were relegated to the Greek A2 League. The top scorer of the league was Alphonso Ford, a player of Peristeri. Željko Rebrača was voted the MVP of the league.
Greek Basketball League career statistical leaders are the all-time stats leaders of the top-tier level Greek Basketball League (GBL), since the 1992–93 season, when the league first became recognized by FIBA, as a fully and entirely 100% professional league of basketball. Although the Greek Basket League officially recognizes results and championships from the earlier formats of the league, it only officially recognizes stats since the league's professional era began, with the 1992–93 season. The competition's stats from years prior, when the league was officially classified as amateur, are not officially recognized.
The Greek Basketball Super Cup or Hellenic Basketball Super Cup, is the top-tier level professional basketball national super cup competition in Greece. The first edition of the tournament, was organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.), in 1986. It was contested by the Greek Basket League champions and the Greek Basketball Cup winners. However, the Greek Basketball Super Cup was revived in 2020, by the Hellenic Basketball Association (HEBA), under a final four tournament format.
The 2020 Greek Basketball Super Cup is the 1st edition of the revived Greek professional domestic basketball Super Cup competition, under the auspices of the Hellenic Basketball Clubs Association (HEBA), and the 2nd overall. The Greek Basketball Super Cup had been played only once before, in 1986, under the auspices of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.).
The 1986 Greek Basketball Super Cup was the 1st edition of the professional basketball national domestic super cup competition of Greece, the Greek Basketball Super Cup. The first Greek Basketball Super Cup was held prior to the start of the 1986–87 season, and it was organised under the auspices of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). It was contested between the 1985–86 Greek Basket League season champions, Aris Thessaloniki, and the 1985–86 Greek Basketball Cup winners, Panathinaikos.
The 2021–22 Basket League was the 10th season of the Basket League, the top professional basketball league in Greece since its establishment in 2012, and the 82nd season of top-flight greek basketball overall.
