This is a list of the major honours won by basketball clubs in Greece. It lists every Greek professional basketball club to have won one of the two major Greek national domestic trophies, the Greek League championship and the Greek Cup title, as well as any of the major official European continental-wide competitions.

The Hellenic Basketball Association (HEBA), is a governing body for the sport of basketball in Greece. In Greek, it is officially known as the Ελληνικός Σύνδεσμος Ανωνύμων Καλαθοσφαιρικών Εταιρειών (ΕΣΑΚΕ), which means, the Hellenic Association of Limited Basketball Companies in English.
The Greek Basket League (GBL), often also referred to as the Greek A1 Basketball League, or Greek Basketball Championship, is the first tier level professional basketball league in Greece. It is run by HEBA, under the legal authority of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.).

The Greek A2 Basket League, is a professional basketball league in Greece. It is the 2nd-tier level of pro competition, among clubs in the country. It is organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). The league is also known as the Greek A2 Basket Elite League for sponsorship reasons.
The Greek basketball league system is a number of interconnected competitions for professional basketball clubs in Greece. The system has a hierarchical format with a promotion and relegation system between competitions at different levels. There are nine different competition levels in the system. The highest level competitions are the professional and semi professional nationwide competitions, which include the top-tier level Greek Basket League, the second-tier level Greek A2 Basket League, the third-tier level Greek B Basket League, and the fourth-tier level Greek C Basket League. Those competitions are then followed by the regional amateur level competitions, which include: the A1, the A2, the B, the C, and/or the C1, and the C2 categories.

The clubs MENT and Ionikos Nea Filadelfeia were relegated to the Greek A2 League. The top scorer of the league was Nikos Oikonomou, a player of Panionios.

The clubs Irakleio and Ilysiakos were relegated to the Greek A2 League, along with Peristeri, which was relegated because it faced financial problems. The top scorer of the league was Savvas Iliadis.

The clubs Sporting and Esperos were relegated to the Greek A2 League. The top scorer of the league was Alphonso Ford, a player of Peristeri. Željko Rebrača was voted the MVP of the league.
Greek Basket League career statistical leaders are the all-time stats leaders of the top-tier level Greek Basket League, since the 1992–93 season, when the league first became recognized by FIBA, as a fully and entirely 100% professional league of basketball. Although the Greek Basket League officially recognizes results and championships from the earlier formats of the league, it only officially recognizes stats since the league's professional era began, with the 1992–93 season. The competition's stats from years prior, when the league was officially classified as amateur, are not officially recognized.

The first edition of the tournament, was organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.), in 1986. It was contested by the Greek Basket League champions and the Greek Basketball Cup winners. However, the Greek Basketball Super Cup was revived in 2020, by the Hellenic Basketball Association (HEBA), under a final four tournament format.

The 2021 Greek Basketball Super Cup is the 2nd edition of the revived Greek professional domestic basketball super cup competition, under the auspices of the Hellenic Basketball Clubs Association (HEBA), and the 3rd overall. The Greek Basketball Super Cup had been played only twice before, in 1986 under the auspices of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.) and 2020. All games were hosted in Dimitris Tofalos Arena in Patras, Greece.
The 2021–22 Basket League was the 10th season of the Basket League, the top professional basketball league in Greece since its establishment in 2012, and the 82nd season of top-flight greek basketball overall.
The Greek Basket League Hall of Fame, or HEBA Basketball Hall of Fame, is a hall of fame that recognizes and honors the best basketball players and head coaches in the history of Greece's top-tier level professional club league, the Greek Basket League. Players and head coaches are nominated for the honor, by the governing body of the Greek Basket League, the Hellenic Basketball Association (HEBA).
