Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Nashville, Tennessee. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines. There are three active singles championships and one active tag team championship for male wrestlers, a singles and tag team championship specifically for female wrestlers (though on some rare occasions a title has been held by someone of the opposite gender).

Eight wrestlers currently hold the championships. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of October13, 2025. [1]

Overview

Men

At the top of the TNA championship hierarchy is the TNA World Championship. The championship is currently held by first time champion Mike Santana, who defeated Trick Williams at Bound for Glory on October 12, 2025 to win the title.

The secondary titles are the TNA X Division Championship and TNA International Championship. The X Division Championship is currently held by first time champion Leon Slater, who defeated on July 20, 2025 at Slammiversary 2025. The current International Champion is record two-time champion Steve Maclin, who defeated Frankie Kazarian on October 12, 2025 at Bound for Glory.

The TNA World Tag Team Championship is currently held by four-time champions The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy), who won a four-way tag team ladder match featuring previous champions the Nemeth Brothers (Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth), The Rascalz (Myron Reed and Zachary Wentz), and Fir$t Cla$$ (A. J. Francis and KC Navarro) on July 20, 2025, at Slammiversary 2025.

A wrestler who has held the World, X Division, and Tag Team Championships is recognized to have won the TNA Triple Crown. If any winner of the Triple Crown has also won either the TNA Television Championship or the Impact Grand Championship (both defunct), they are also recognized to have won the TNA Grand Slam.

Women

The top singles championship specifically contested for female wrestlers - promoted as the Knockouts division - is the TNA Knockouts World Championship, which is currently held by first time champion Kelani Jordan. Previous champion Ash By Elegance had vacated the title on September 26, 2025 at Victory Road and that night, Jordan and Léi Yǐng Lee won a battle royal and advanced to face each other in a singles match, which was won by Jordan. Jordan is signed by WWE and appears via a partnership between the two promotions.

The championship for female tag teams is the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship, which is held by two-time champions The IInspiration (Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay). They defeated The Elegance Brand (represented by Heather by Elegance, and M by Elegance) on September 27, 2025 during the Impact! tapings (will air October 2).

A female wrestler who has held the Knockouts, Knockouts Tag Team and now defunct TNA Digital Media Championship. is considered to have won the Knockouts Triple Crown. [2]
