Asheville Regional Airport is a Class C airport near Interstate 26 and the town of Fletcher, North Carolina, 9 miles (14 km) south of downtown Asheville. The Central Hockey League (CHL) was a North American mid-level minor professional ice hockey league which operated from 1992 until 2014.
