The West Yorkshire Association Football League is a football competition based in Yorkshire, England. It was previously known as the Leeds League until the name change in 1939. Although it is named the West Yorkshire League, clubs from the Harrogate and York areas of North Yorkshire also play in the competition.
David Andrew "Dave" Merris is an English semi-professional footballer who plays as a defender for Scarborough Athletic.
Roy Ian Hunter is an English former professional footballer. He started his career at West Bromwich Albion, before moving to Northampton Town where he made 177 Football League appearances. He then had a brief spell at Nuneaton Borough in the Conference before moving on to Oxford United in 2002, before joining Hucknall Town for their 2003–04 Northern Premier League championship season. He helped to guide Hucknall Town to the FA Trophy Final as player/coach. He signed for Harrogate Town in July 2005.
Lee Duxbury is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He was previously manager of non-league Eccleshill United.
Shaun Garnett is an English former professional footballer who played as a defender. He played in The Football League for six clubs and is now a coach at Tranmere Rovers.
Liam Thomas Darville is an English semi-professional footballer who plays as a defender for Richmond Town. He has previously played for Leeds United, Rotherham United, Tranmere Rovers, York City and Harrogate Town. He represented England at under-16 and under-17 levels.

The 2013–14 Football Conference season is the tenth season with the Conference consisting of three divisions and the thirty-fourth season overall. The Conference covers the top two levels of Non-League football in England. The Conference Premier is the fifth highest level of the overall pyramid, whilst the Conference North and Conference South exist at the sixth level. The top team and the winner of the playoff of the Premier division will be promoted to Football League Two, while the bottom four are relegated to the North or South divisions. The champions of the North and South divisions will be promoted to the Premier division, alongside the play-off winners from each division. The bottom three in each of the North and South divisions are relegated to the premier divisions of the Northern Premier League, Isthmian League or Southern League.
