European University of Tirana

The European University of Tirana is an accredited private university in Tirana, Albania. It was established in 2006 by four PhD students : Adri Nurellari, Blendi Kajsiu, Ermal Hasimja, and Henri Çili, in collaboration with business manager Laert Duraj and journalist Robert Rakipllari.

The University of Public Service is higher educational institution in Budapest, Hungary. Established in 2012, it is one of the youngest universities in Central and Eastern Europe, however, its faculties as former independent colleges look back much earlier.

It originates in the School of Political and Social Sciences founded by Jules Van den Heuvel in Louvain in 1892. With over 6000 students, it is UCLouvain's largest faculty.
