This is a list of the 173 municipalities in the province and autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain.
A province in Spain is a territorial division defined as a collection of municipalities. The current provinces of Spain correspond by and large to the provinces created under the purview of the 1833 territorial re-organization of Spain, with a similar predecessor from 1822 and an earlier precedent in the 1810 Napoleonic division of Spain into 84 prefectures. There are many other groupings of municipalities that comprise the local government of Spain.
Arnedo is the third largest town in La Rioja, Spain. It is located near Calahorra, and has a population of about 15,000 people.
Enciso is a small municipality in the southern part of La Rioja, Spain, near Arnedo. The main village rises is located above the Cidacos River.
Haro is a town and municipality in the northwest of La Rioja province in Northern Spain. It hosts the annual Haro Wine Festival, as it produces red wine. Its architectural heritage includes the plateresque main entrance of the Church of Santo Tomás, the work of Felipe Vigarny, numerous palaces, and the old town, which was declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1975.
Muro de Aguas is a small municipality in the southern part of La Rioja, Spain, near Arnedo.
Navarrete is a municipality of the autonomous community of La Rioja. Named a Conjunto Histórico-Artístico of Spain, due to its historical and monumental character. Navarrete is located between Logroño and Nájera on the French Way, the most popular path on the Way of St. James, a medieval pilgrim route. Currently, Navarrete is the only pottery centre in La Rioja, and it has been one of the most important centres in Northern Spain.
Viloria de Rioja is a municipality located in the province of Burgos, Castile and León, Spain. According to the 2014 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 41 inhabitants. It was the birthplace of Saint Dominic de la Calzada, in 1019.

Briones is a village in the province and autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain. The municipality covers an area of 37.72 square kilometres (14.56 sq mi) and as of 2011 had a population of 873 people.
Ortigosa de Cameros is a village, one of 174 municipalities of the province and autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain. Its name comes from the Latin word urtica, which in Spanish is ortiga, which is ' nettle ' in English. The title “de Cameros,” is shared with other nearby villages. It is one of the municipalities of Camero Neuvo, one of the 12 comarcas or regions of La Rioja. The municipality covers an area of 35.26 square kilometres (13.61 sq mi) and as of 2011 had a population of 282 people. Its economic activity is based mainly on livestock, forestry, timber industry and rural tourism. Its patron saint is the Virgen del Carmen, whose feast is celebrated on July 16.
Préjano is a village and municipality of la Rioja Baja, in the autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain. It is located on the left bank of the Ruesca river, tributary of the Cidacos. It is a former mining village, nowadays its inhabitants are supported by agriculture or work in industry of the nearby Arnedo, capital of the comarca.
Villalba de Rioja is a municipality in the autonomous community of La Rioja (Spain), on the southern slopes of the mountains Obarenes. It borders the provinces of Alava and Burgos. Haro 5 km far from the LR-401. By the municipality elapses Esperamalo stream tributary of the Ebro river. The municipality covers an area of 8.96 square kilometres (3.46 sq mi) and as of 2011 had a population of 150 people.
