The Grand Knight of Valour is the highest federal award which can be presented in Malaysia. It was created on 29 July 1960 and was gazetted on 11 August 1960. Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri

Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri is a Malaysian Islamic cleric. He served as Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of Religious Affairs in the Perikatan Nasional (PN) administration under former Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin from March 2020 to August 2021. He has served as Senator since March 2020. Prior to his appointments as minister and senator, he served as the 7th Mufti of the Federal Territories from June 2014 to his appointments in March 2020.

Tan Sri Mohd Bakri bin Omar was a Inspector General of Police who serving from 5 November 2003 to 11 September 2006.
