Liu Yingxia (1972, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China), Family Name is Liu, vice-president of the Heilongjiang Industrial and Commercial Association. She coordinate the Heilongjiang Group construction, decoration, water conservation, and road construction company in Heilongjiang. She works also for the Dalian University of Science. Liu Yingxia is a CPPCC-, National Youth Joint Union and National Women Entrepreneurs Academy member.

Liu Yingxia after Northeast Mechanical College finished the Harbin Industry University with a master's degree. She cooperate the Harbin Industry University to find new material for the research center and develop northern medicines, which are produced in Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi and the north of Shannxi. Mrs. Liu publish news articles about medicines. [1]

She founded her company in 1992, when she was 20 years old.

Acheng District is one of nine districts of the prefecture-level city of Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province, Northeast China, covering part of the southeastern suburbs. The district was approved to establish from the former Acheng City (阿城市) by the Chinese State Council on August 15, 2006. As of 2010, it had a population of 596,856 residing in an area of 2,680 km2 (1,030 sq mi), and is 29 km (18 mi) southeast of downtown Harbin, 190 km (120 mi) north of Jilin City, and around 50 km (31 mi) south of the Songhua River. It lies within the basin of and until 1909 was considered synonymous with the Ashi River which gave its name to the Jurchen Jin Dynasty. The district administers nine subdistricts, eight towns, one township, and one ethnic township. It borders Daowai District to the north, Bin County to the northeast, Shangzhi to the southeast, and Wuchang to the south, Shuangcheng District to the west, and Pingfang and Xiangfang Districts to the northwest.

Wang Meng is a Chinese short track speed skater. She is a four-time Olympic Champion and 2008 and 2009 Overall World Champion. She is the most decorated Chinese Winter Olympic athlete ever with four Olympic gold medals, a silver and a bronze. Wang won gold in the 500 m event, silver in the 1000 m and bronze in the 1500 m event at the 2006 Winter Olympics.
