He signed with Love Renaissance, an imprint of Interscope Records to release his debut studio album, Free 6lack (2016), which was nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards and received platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
East Atlanta Love Letter is the second studio album by American singer 6lack. It was released on September 14, 2018 by LVRN and Interscope Records. This is the follow-up to his 2016 release, Free 6lack. The production on the album was handled by multiple producers including T-Minus, Cardiak, Joel Little and Bizness Boi among others. The album also features guest appearances from Future, J. Cole, Offset and Khalid.

He is best known for his fellatio-inspired 2020 debut single "Throat Baby ", which peaked at number 24 on the Billboard Hot 100, received double platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America, and spawned a remix featuring City Girls and DaBaby. Originally released in 2019, the song gained virality on TikTok the following year, prompting Love Renaissance (LVRN) and Interscope Records to sign the artist.
Chidi Osondu, professionally known as Chi Chi, is a Nigerian-American record producer and songwriter signed with Universal Music Publishing Group. He is a frequent collaboratorr with Atlanta rapper Lil Baby, having produced several songs for his studio albums My Turn and The Voice of the Heroes, as well as his single "On Me" which peaked at number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100. Alexandra Elizabeth Nicks(born December 2, 1993), better known as OMB Bloodbath is an American rapper from Houston. She is currently signed to Love Renaissance (LVRN) and Interscope Records.
