The fourth European Cup Winners' Cup final, the match was played at Heysel Stadium, Brussels, ending in a 3–3 tie after extra time, and the therefore necessary replay two days later in Bosuil Stadium, Antwerp. Sporting won the replay 1–0, with a famous direct corner kick goal by João Morais.

The 1999 Taça de Portugal Final was the final match of the 1998–99 Taça de Portugal, the 59th season of the Taça de Portugal, the premier Portuguese football cup competition organized by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). The match was played on 19 June 1999 at the Estádio Nacional in Oeiras, and opposed two Primeira Liga sides Beira-Mar and Campomaiorense. Beira-Mar defeated Campomaiorense 1–0 to claim the Taça de Portugal for the first time in their history. In Portugal, the final was televised live on RTP África, RTP Internacional, Sport TV and TVI.

The 1983 Taça de Portugal final was the final match of the 1982–83 Taça de Portugal, the 43rd season of the Taça de Portugal, the premier Portuguese football cup competition organized by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). The match was played on 21 August 1983 at the Estádio das Antas in Porto, and opposed two Primeira Liga sides: Benfica and Porto. Benfica defeated Porto 1–0 to claim an eighteenth Taça de Portugal. The final was played at the start of the following season, in August, and was played at F.C. Porto's home ground Estádio das Antas, after huge discussions about the place of the final. In spite of the home soil advantage, Porto could not stop Benfica from winning 1–0.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2015 Taça de Portugal final</span> Football match

The 2015 Taça de Portugal Final was the final match of the 2014–15 Taça de Portugal, the 75th season of the Taça de Portugal. It was played on 31 May 2015 at the Estádio Nacional in Oeiras between Sporting CP and Braga. Sporting CP won 3–1 on penalties following a 2–2 draw after extra-time to claim their 16th title in the competition and their first official trophy since the 2008 Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira. This was also the first time the Campeonato de Portugal/Taça de Portugal final was decided by a penalty shootout.

The 2015 Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira was the 37th edition of the Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira. It took place on 9 August 2015, and it featured the winners of the 2014–15 Primeira Liga, Benfica, and the winners of the 2014–15 Taça de Portugal, Sporting CP. This edition was sponsored by Vodafone and was known as 2015 Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira Vodafone.
