Mediator complex subunit 12 like (Med12L) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MED12L gene. [5]
The protein encoded by this gene is part of the Mediator complex, which is involved in transcriptional coactivation of nearly all RNA polymerase II-dependent genes. The Mediator complex links gene-specific transcriptional activators with the basal transcription machinery. [provided by RefSeq, May 2010].
Nuclear transcription factor Y subunit gamma is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NFYC gene.
Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 31 is a protein in humans encoded by the MED31 gene. It represents subunit Med31 of the Mediator complex. The family contains the Saccharomyces cerevisiae SOH1 homologues. SOH1 is responsible for the repression of temperature sensitive growth of the HPR1 mutant and has been found to be a component of the RNA polymerase II transcription complex. SOH1 not only interacts with factors involved in DNA repair, but transcription as well. Thus, the SOH1 protein may serve to couple these two processes.
Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 7 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MED7 gene.
Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 25 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MED25 gene.
Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 8 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MED8 gene.
Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 27 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MED27 gene. It forms part of the Mediator complex.
Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 16 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MED16 gene.
Transcription factor IIIB 50 kDa subunit (TFIIIB50) also known as b-related factor 2 (BRF-2) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the BRF2 gene.
Mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 26 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MED26 gene. It forms part of the Mediator complex.
CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CNOT1 gene.
CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 6 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CNOT6 gene.
