MTR Properties and MTR Property Management of the MTR Corporation are responsible for managing apartment buildings it developed, shopping malls at some of its stations, and collaborate with land developers in projects near its stations. It made over HKD $8,304 million in 2007 from property development. [1]
It is also a property agent, and provide services on Octopus Access Control System and environmental hygiene service. It operates the following shopping centres: Paradise Mall, Telford Plaza, Maritime Square, Luk Yeung Galleria, The Lane. Two IFC's property management company, Premier Management Services, is a unit of MTRC. [2]
Tseung Kwan O is a station on the MTR Tseung Kwan O line located at the town centre of the Tseung Kwan O New Town in the New Territories of Hong Kong. The previous station is Tiu Keng Leng and the line splits after this station to LOHAS Park and Hang Hau. The entrances to the station are on Tong Chun Street, Popcorn Mall and Tong Yin Street. A public transport interchange is located outside the station. The architecture firm Aedas designed the station.

Tsing Yi is an interchange station of the MTR between the Tung Chung line and Airport Express on Tsing Yi Island in Hong Kong. The station is located between Sunny Bay station and Lai King station on the Tung Chung Line, and between Airport station and Kowloon station on the Airport Express. The livery of the station is dull teal. Tsing Yi station is connected to a major interchange for buses and maxicabs, situated adjacent to the station, which serves as a public transport hub for the New Territories. It is embedded into the Maritime Square shopping centre.
