Inaruwa is a municipality and headquarters of Sunsari District located 25 km (16 mi) east of the Koshi Barrage and 18.6 km (11.6 mi) east of Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve in Province No. 1, Nepal. It covers an area of 77.92 km2 (30.09 sq mi).
Damak, a city in eastern Nepal is one of the oldest municipalities in Jhapa District in Province No. 1 of Nepal. It is situated between the Ratuwa River in the east and the Maawa River in the west. The town is at 80 metres (260 ft) altitude, 29 kilometres (18 mi) ESE of Janakpur.
