Mammary Lane was a listener request show featuring clips of The Howard Stern Show . The show aired on Howard 100 and Howard 101 on SIRIUS XM Radio, during certain weeks when the Stern Show was on vacation. The hosts of the show rotated, including Richard Christy, Sal "The Stockbroker" Governale, Jason Kaplan, Will Murray, Gary Dell'Abate, and Jon Hein. The show was a production of "The Tapes Team" at SIRIUS, along with Master Tape Theatre , Stern Spotlight , The History of Howard Stern and Road Trip. Past Mammary Lane episodes aired on Howard 101.

Thomas Richard Christy Jr. is an American drummer and radio personality, best known for being the former drummer for several heavy metal bands since the early 1990s, most notably Death, and his tenure on The Howard Stern Show. Born and raised in Kansas, Christy took an interest in rock and heavy metal music in his youth, and started playing the drums at age ten. He played in several bands while at school.

The Wack Pack is the name given to an assortment of personalities heard throughout the history of The Howard Stern Show. As a parody of the Rat Pack or Brat Pack, Stern biographer Richard Mintzer has labeled them a key part of the show. Members tend to be unusual in some way: being blatantly racist, mentally disabled, having a comical appearance, voice or ability, or some combination thereof. As of 2023, twenty-two living individuals are designated "Wack Packers". Not every regular guest on or caller to the show is considered a member, nor are any of the show's staff members; Stern has stated that Wack Packers are not defined by having any disability or peculiarity, but by their inability to understand why they are funny.

Hein also wrote, Jump the Shark: TV Edition. He is an alumnus of the University of Michigan where he appeared in the sketch comedy troupe Comedy Company with Jon Glaser. The two also were a part of the comedy troupe Just Kidding along with Craig Neuman, Matt Schlein, Kristin Sobditch, Sara Mathison, H. Anthony Lehv.

Originally hosted by Jon Hein until September 2022, it is hosted by Rahsaan and Executive producer Gary Dell'Abate, the show discusses everything that happened on that day's Stern Show with listeners and various celebrity guests. It used to have other Howard Stern employees from their back office sit in on a consistent basis, but the platform has since changed.

It follows Stern's life from boyhood and his rise to success in radio. Raised in New Jersey, Lange first worked as a longshoreman and taxi driver to help support his family, following the death of his quadriplegic father. He debuted as a stand-up comic in 1987 and took up the profession full-time five years later, developing his act on the New York City club circuit.

Stern Spotlight was a "best of" compilation of The Howard Stern Show. Each episode showcased a specific cast member past or present of the Stern Show. The specials aired during select weeks when The Howard Stern Show wass on vacation during its timeslot. The show was a production of "The Tapes Team" at SIRIUS, along with Master Tape Theatre, Mammary Lane, and The History of Howard Stern.

The Losers were a band made up of staff members of The Howard Stern Show. The group was formed in 1997 when the show staff started playing with instruments that Green Day had brought to the studio prior to their own performance. The band was named after their original drummer Scott the Engineer, who the other members of the show staff consider a loser. In the late nineties the band played with Jenny Jones, James Brown, Willie Nelson and Barry Williams and made an appearance on Magic Johnson's talk show, The Magic Hour on July 3, 1998 to perform a flatulence-filled version of "Wipe Out".

Between 1982 and 1994, American radio and media personality Howard Stern hosted a number of pay-per-view specials and released various VHS and audio tapes.

The Artie Lange Show was an American sports entertainment radio show hosted by comedian Artie Lange, airing from October 2011 to April 2014 on the Audience Network, DirecTV, SiriusXM Satellite Radio and several terrestrial radio stations by Premiere Radio Networks. It originally launched as The Nick & Artie Show with Lange co-hosting with comedian Nick DiPaolo until DiPaolo's departure in January 2013. The three-hour show aired live from New York City from Monday to Friday at 10:00 p.m EST. From September 7, 2012, the show aired live on the Audience Network on Fridays at 10:00 p.m. EST from Tuesday to Friday.
