Manohar Topno (born 25 June 1958) is an Indian field hockey player. He competed at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, where the Indian team placed fifth. [1]

He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of which he was the President between 1991 and 1993, and the former Member of Parliament for Kanpur parliamentary constituency. He was formerly a professor of physics in University of Allahabad. He was one of the key leaders of the BJP. Manohar International Airport, also known as Mopa International Airport or the New Goa International Airport, is an international airport at Mopa in Pernem taluka, North Goa district in the state of Goa, India.
