Marc Rardin is an American baseball coach and former player, who is the current head baseball coach of the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. He played college baseball at Indian Hills Community College before transferring to Iowa Wesleyan University. He then served as the head coach of the Iowa Western Reivers (2004–2022)
Rardin attended Starmont High School in Arlington, Iowa and played college baseball at Indian Hills Community College before transferring to Iowa Wesleyan University.
Rardin began his coaching career as the pitching coach at Bluefield College. In 1998, he became an volunteer pitching coach at Baylor. [1] Following a 2-year stint as an assistant with the Bears, he took the pitching coach position with the Yavapai Roughriders. After a brief stint with Lamar Community College, Rardin was named the head coach at Iowa Western Community College. While at Iowa Western, Rardin would lead the Reivers to 3 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) national championships. [2]
On June 15, 2022, Rardin was named the head coach of the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. [3]

Western Kentucky University is a public university in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It was founded by the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1906, though its roots reach back a few decades earlier. It operates regional campuses in Glasgow, Elizabethtown-Fort Knox, and Owensboro. The main campus sits atop a hill overlooking the Barren River valley.
Jack Avon Harbaugh is an American football coach and former player. He served as the head football coach at Western Michigan University from 1982 to 1986 and Western Kentucky University from 1989 to 2002, compiling a career college football head coaching record of 116–95–3. In his final year at Western Kentucky, he led the 2002 Hilltoppers to an NCAA Division I-AA Football Championship title. In 2023, Harbaugh came out of retirement to become assistant head coach of the Michigan Wolverines under his son Jim and helped lead the team to win the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship.
Darrin McKinley Horn is an American college basketball head coach at Northern Kentucky, having previously served as an assistant coach at the University of Texas and a head coach for the Division I (NCAA) programs at Western Kentucky University and at the University of South Carolina.
Lilburn Ray Harper Jr. is an American college basketball coach, currently head coach for Jacksonville State University. Previously, he was head coach at Oklahoma City University, Kentucky Wesleyan College, and Western Kentucky University. At Kentucky Wesleyan Harper compiled a 242–45 win–loss record.
Jeffrey Scott Brohm is an American football coach and former quarterback. He is the head football coach at his alma mater, the University of Louisville, a position he has held since the 2023 season. Brohm played college football for the Louisville Cardinals under coach Howard Schnellenberger from 1989 to 1993. He played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons from 1994 to 2000 and the XFL in 2001. Brohm served as the head football coach at Western Kentucky University from 2014 to 2016 and Purdue University from 2017 to 2022.
Randy Awrey is an American football coach, former player, and former track and field coach. He is the head football coach at Perquimans County High School in Hertford, North Carolina, a position he has held since 2018. Awrey served as the head football coach at Kentucky Wesleyan College (1990–1994), Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin (1994–1998), Saginaw Valley State University (1999–2007), and Concordia University Chicago (2013–2017), compiling a career college football coaching record of 134–106–1. He was also the head track and field coach at Michigan Technological University from 1982 to 1986 and St. Lawrence University from 1986 to 1990.
The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers football program is a college football team that represents Western Kentucky University. The team competes at the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision level and represents the university as a member of Conference USA in the Eastern division. The 2002 team was the FCS national champion. The program has 13 conference championships and 7 FBS-level bowl game victories. The Hilltoppers play their home games at Houchens Industries–L. T. Smith Stadium in Bowling Green, Kentucky and the team's head football coach is Tyson Helton.

He played college baseball at Clemson for coach Bill Wilhelm from 1983 to 1985 and in Major League Baseball (MLB) for 2 seasons from 1987 to 1988. He then served as head coach of the College of Charleston Cougars (2000–2008), the Auburn Tigers (2009–2013) and the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (2016–2022).
Gary Henderson is an American baseball coach and former pitcher, who is the current head baseball coach of the Utah Utes. He played college baseball at Linfield in 1980 and at San Diego State for head coach Jim Dietz from 1982 to 1984. He was the head coach of the Chapman Panthers (1993), the Kentucky Wildcats (2009–2016) and Mississippi State Bulldogs (2018).
The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky, United States. The team is a member of Conference USA, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. Western Kentucky's first baseball team was fielded in 1910. The team plays its home games at Nick Denes Field in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Hilltoppers are coached by Marc Rardin.

The 2017–18 Western Kentucky Hilltoppers men's basketball team represented Western Kentucky University during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Hilltoppers were led by head coach Rick Stansbury in his second season and played their home games at E. A. Diddle Arena in Bowling Green, Kentucky as fourth-year members of Conference USA.
Tyson Helton is an American football coach and former quarterback, who is the current head coach of the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. He played college football at Houston from 1996 to 1999. He previously served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Tennessee (2018), quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator at USC (2016–2017), offensive coordinator at Western Kentucky (2014–2015), and as an assistant at Cincinnati, UAB, Memphis, and Hawaii.
Barry John Shollenberger is a retired American baseball and football coach. During his career, Shollenberger worked in both sports while with Tampa Bay Technical High School from 1965 to 1973. In college baseball, Shollenberger started out with the Alabama Crimson Tide baseball team as an assistant coach in 1974. He then became the head coach for the Middle Georgia Junior College team in 1976. As the head coach for Western Kentucky University from 1977 to 1979, Shollenberger had 77 wins, 64 losses and 3 ties.
John F. Sirianni is an American baseball coach and former pitcher. He is the head baseball coach at Sam Houston State University. Sirianni played college baseball at Texas A&M University in 1995 and at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from 1996 to 1999 for coach Dave Van Horn and in Minor League Baseball (MiLB) for two seasons from 1999 to 2000.

Novak has been head coach before, coaching the Iowa Western Reivers, Anderson Trojans, and Bethel Royals men's basketball teams.
