Marc Verbeeck (born 14 October 1968) is a Belgian swimmer. He competed in three events at the 1992 Summer Olympics. [1]

Marc Raquil is a French runner of Martiniquais origin who competes in the 400 metres and 4x400m relay. He won the 4x400m relay silver medal and the 400m bronze medal at the 2003 World Championships. In 2004, his 4x400m relay team was retroactively awarded gold medals after the United States 4x400m relay team was stripped of its gold medals due to the failed drug tests of two members of the relay. Since Jerome Young had also finished first in the 400m at the 2003 World Championships, the failed drug test also resulted in Raquil being retroactively awarded a silver medal in the 400m. Raquil has also won three gold medals and one bronze medal at the European Indoor and Outdoor Championships.

Amanda Jane "Mandy" Barker is a former field hockey striker from New Zealand, who finished sixth with her national team at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. The forward, educated at St Hilda's College in Dunedin, played her first international against Japan for Otago in 1989, then played for The Black Sticks the next year against Great Britain. She was unable to play 1995 because of back problems that required surgery.

Luxembourg competed at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Alberta, Canada from 13–28 February 1988. It had been 52 years since the last time the nation had participated in the Winter Olympic Games, and Calgary was only their third appearance at a Winter Olympics in history. His best performance in any event was fourth in the Super-G; he also finished fifth in the downhill and ninth in the combined. As well, he failed to finish the giant slalom, and was disqualified from the slalom.
