Marcelle Leblanc is a Miss America's Outstanding Teen titleholder and an actress. [1]
LeBlanc is from Birmingham, Alabama. [2] She began participating in theater at age 11. At age 14, she founded an initiative to provide other children with scholarships to participate in after-school arts programs, in cooperation with the Alabama Arts Alliance non-profit for which she is a state spokesperson. In December 2019, she entered the Miss Coosa Valley's Outstanding Teen pageant, earned the title of Miss Alabama's Outstanding Teen 2021 in 2020, and won the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 title on July 30, 2021. During the national pageant, she won top overall interview and a preliminary talent competition award, and her title-holding year is dedicated to promoting the arts scholarship organization she founded and lobbying for funding for arts programs. LeBlanc enrolled at Auburn University in fall 2021, where she joined the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and plans to major in accounting while continuing to act in film and television. [2]

Miss America's Teen is an American scholarship pageant. It is the sister program to the Miss America Opportunity, and it aims to "promote scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living and community involvement for America's teens." In order to be eligible to compete, participants must first compete and win at the local level and then win the state title. The competition consists of several parts of competition which consists of an eight-minute interview in front of a panel of judges, talent, lifestyle and wellness, evening wear, and an on-stage question. All competitors must be girls between the ages of 13 and 18 years of age.

Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2007 was the 2nd Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida on August 19, 2006. At the conclusion of the event, Meghan Miller of Texas crowned her successor Maria DeSantis of New York. The pageant was hosted by Miss America 2006 Jennifer Berry and N'SYNC singer Joey Fatone.
Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 was the 15th Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held in Orlando, Florida. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the planned 2021 edition was originally scheduled on August 8, 2020, the preliminary competitions were also scheduled on August 4–6, 2020, but it was postponed indefinitely. It has been announced that pageant would be held on July 10, 2021, with preliminary competitions were held on July 7–8, 2021.
