The Miss Colorado competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Colorado in the Miss America pageant. The Colorado representative has won the Miss America crown on four occasions.

Contents

Fort Smith, Arkansas native Madison Isabella Marsh of Colorado Springs, Colorado was crowned Miss Colorado 2023 on May 27, 2023 at The PACE Center in Parker, Colorado. She competed for and won the title of Miss America 2024 in Orlando, Florida on January 14, 2024.

On January 21, 2024, state pageant first runner-up Sarah Jean Swift of Castle Pines was announced as the new Miss Colorado 2023. She will assume the state title and serve as the Miss Colorado 2023 titleholder until Miss Colorado 2024 is chosen on July 14, 2024.

Miss Wyoming is a state-level pageant which sends winners to compete for the title of Miss America. The competition, which awards scholarships, is open to women aged 19 through 28.

The Miss Washington's Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Washington in the Miss America's Teen pageant. The competition is held each June in Olympia, Washington and consists of five categories; private interview, health and fitness, talent, evening gown and on stage conversation.

Kelley Elizabeth Johnson is an American nurse, tv host and beauty pageant titleholder. In addition to being a Chief Nurse Advocate, she is also a doctoral student, keynote speaker and national spokeswoman. Kelly Johnson was also crowned Miss Colorado 2015 and placing 2nd runner-up at Miss America 2016. Johnson later won Miss California USA 2018. She placed in the top 10 at Miss USA 2018.
