Margherita College Students’ Union (MCSU)

The Margherita College Students’ Union (MCSU) is the official student representative body of Margherita College. The union works towards promoting student welfare and plays a role in coordinating academic, cultural, and social activities within the college.

For the academic session 2024–25, the Students’ Union was headed by Dibash Chetry as President. The President represented the student community and coordinated union activities in collaboration with the college administration. The role of General Secretary was held by Apu Baruah, who managed the administrative functions of the union and assisted in organizing student-oriented programmes. The position of Boys’ Common Room Secretary was held by Abhinay Singh, who was responsible for matters related to student facilities and activities associated with the boys’ common room during the session.
