Marshall Township is one of sixteen townships in Clay County, Nebraska, United States. The population was fifty- four (54) at the 2020 census. [1] A 2021 estimate placed the township's population at 54. [1] Marshall Township, NE is a Very High Risk area for tornados. According to records, the largest tornado in the Marshall Township area was an F5 in 1964 that caused 50 injuries and 4 deaths.
