Martin Parlagi (born 26 March 1988) is a Slovak professional boxer.
Parlagi's amateur record includes about 220 fights with 190 victories.[ citation needed ] He participated in the World Amateur Boxing Championships in 2007 and 2009, although both times he was eliminated in the round of 32. [2] [3] His best amateur result in a major competition was reaching the quarterfinals of the 2008 European Amateur Boxing Championships. [4] He attempted, but failed, to qualify for the 2008 Summer Olympics.
Parlagi turned professional in 2011. His biggest professional win so far came in 2012 when he defeated Michal Dufek for the vacant Czech lightweight title. [5]

Serik Sapiyev is an amateur boxer from Kazakhstan who won the world title in the light welterweight (-64 kg) division in 2005 and 2007 and Olympic Gold 2012 at welterweight. He also won the Val Barker Trophy for best boxer at the London Olympic Games in 2012.

Most notably Arthur Abraham and Vic Darchinyan won several professional world champion titles. Dozens of amateur boxers have been placed in the top 3 of world and European competitions for various weight categories. Vladimir Yengibarian was among the first individuals to open professional boxing schools in Armenia. The sport is regulated by the Armenian Boxing Federation.
Joe Cordina is a Welsh professional boxer. He is a two-time super-featherweight world champion, having held the International Boxing Federation (IBF) title since April 2023 and previously in 2022. At regional level, he held the British and Commonwealth lightweight titles between 2018 and 2019. As an amateur, he won a bronze medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and gold at the 2015 European Championships, both in the lightweight division. He also represented Great Britain at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
