Mathilde Cini (born 18 November 1994) is a French swimmer. [2]
She competed at the 2015 World Aquatics Championships and at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. [2]
Born in Briançon, Mathilde Cini moved with her family during childhood to Montmeyran in the Drôme. She began her sporting career with triathlon at the age of seven, before devoting herself exclusively to swimming, the triathlon discipline in which she is most at ease in competition.
In 2010, she took part in the Youth Olympic Games, winning gold in the 50-meter backstroke. At the age of eighteen, Mathilde Cini heads for Paris and the INSEP, where a 50-meter pool is at her disposal, unlike in Valence. [3]
After winning all three backstroke titles (50, 100 and 200 meters) [4] at the 2014 French Short Course Championships, at the World Short Course Championships in Doha, she and her teammates won the bronze medal in the 4 x 50 m medley relay, during which she beat the French 50 m backstroke record held by Laure Manaudou in 26 s 61. He has won two world championships as a member of winning United States medley relay teams at the FINA World Aquatics Championships. From 2009 to 2015 he held the world record in the 100-meter backstroke. Thoman has won a total of ten medals in major international competition, four gold, three silver, and three bronze spanning the Olympics, World Championships, Pan Pacific Championships, Pan American Games, and the Summer Universiade. He was a member of the 2012 U.S. Olympic team, and won gold and silver medals at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Haley Cope, also known by her married name Haley Clark, is an American former competition swimmer, Olympic medalist, and former world record-holder. She won a silver medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics, eight world championship medals, and held a world record in the 50-meter backstroke.

Olivia Smoliga is a 2X Olympian and American competitive swimmer who specializes in backstroke and freestyle events. She won a record eight gold medals at the 2018 World Championships, becoming the first swimmer, male or female, to win eight or more gold medals in a single FINA World Swimming Championships or FINA World Aquatics Championships. Smoliga is the current American record-holder in the 50-meter backstroke. She is also the current Guinness World Record holder for "most gold medals won at a single FINA World Championships" by an individual swimmer. At the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, she won a gold medal for swimming the backstroke leg in the preliminary heat of the 4x100-meter medley relay.

At the 2022 European Aquatics Championships, he won the silver medal in the 50 metre butterfly.
Claire Curzan is an American competitive swimmer and Olympian. Specialising in multiple events, she earned an Olympic silver medal in the 4×100 meter medley relay in the 2020 Summer Olympics by swimming the preliminary butterfly leg. She holds junior world records in the long course 50 meter freestyle and 100 meter butterfly and the short course 50 meter butterfly and 100 meter butterfly. She also holds American records in the short course 50 meter backstroke and 50 meter butterfly, and formerly held the American record in the 100 yard butterfly. She currently swims for the Virginia Cavaliers.
