The film stars debutant Aravindhan and Charmy Kaur, while Kota Srinivasa Rao, Jayaprakash, Dheeraj Kher and Manorama play supporting roles. The music was composed by Dharan. This film is loosely based on 2006 crime thriller film "Lucky Number Slevin". The film released on 20 February 2009. Upon release, the film was dubbed into Telugu as 16 Days with an additional scene with Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam.
Jai Sampath is an Indian actor and musician working in Tamil films. The nephew of noted composer Deva & the cousin of Srikanth Deva, Jai had made his acting debut in a supporting role in Bagavathi (2002). In 2007, he successfully auditioned for a leading role in Venkat Prabhu's sports film Chennai 600028. His movie Subramaniapuram (2008) was also a big success, and Jai was praised for his performance.

It stars Gopichand, Anushka Shetty, Poonam Kaur and Manoj K. Jayan along with Ajay, Ali, Dharmavarapu Subramanyam, Sudha, Tanikella Bharani and M. S. Narayana in the pivotal roles, the music was composed by Mani Sharma. The film was released theatrically on 25 September 2008. It was remade in Kannada-language as Shourya, into Dhallywood as Mone Boro Kosto and in Tamil-language by Prabhu Deva as Vedi. The film was later dubbed in Malayalam & Hindi as Shouryam & Meri Shapath and released in 2009.
Kanimozhi is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language musical romance film directed and written by Sripathi Rangasamy and jointly produced by T. Siva and Sona Heiden. A remake of Priyadarshan's 2003 Hindi film Hungama, which itself borrowed its story from the director's Poochakkoru Mookkuthi (1984), Intlo Srimathi Veedhilo Kumari opened to mixed reviews in August 2004.
Vijayadasami is a 2007 Indian Telugu-language action film directed by V. Samudra and produced by Edara Rangarao. A remake of the 2005 Tamil film Sivakasi, it stars Kalyan Ram Nandamuri, Vedhika and Sai Kumar. Vedhika made her Telugu cinema debut with this film, while Srikanth Deva also composed the music for Sivakasi that was reused in this film.
Pilla Nachindi is a 1999 Telugu-language comedy film directed by E.V.V Satyanarayana. The film stars Srikanth, Rachana and Sanghavi. Music for this film was composed by Koti.
Sevakudu (transl. Volunteer) is a 2013 Indian Telugu-language vigilante film directed by V. Samudra and starring Srikanth and Charmy Kaur. The film was dubbed in Tamil as Ini Oru Vidhi Seivom and released in 2014.
