Michelle Tong (born 25 January 1997) is a Canadian badminton player. [1] [2] She won the women's doubles gold medals at the 2016 and 2017 Pan Am Championships. [3] [4] Tong was part of the Canadian winning team at the 2016 and 2017 Pan Am Mixed Team Championships, and also at the 2018 Pan Am Women's Team Championships. [5]

Michelle Li is a Canadian badminton player. Li is the 2014 Commonwealth Games champion and the first Canadian to win an individual gold medal in women's singles badminton at the Commonwealth Games. She has won gold in both singles and doubles at the Pan American Games and won the singles and team event titles from the Pan American Badminton Championships. As a competitor for Ontario, Li also won singles, doubles, and mixed team titles at the 2011 Canada Winter Games.

In 2008, he won the bronze medal at the Pan Am Badminton Championships in the mixed team event. He also won the men's doubles bronze medal in 2009 and 2014. In 2015, at age 58, Fogarty became the oldest shuttler competing at the BWF World Championships at the Istora Senayan Indoor Stadium, Jakarta. He has been qualified for the BWF World Championships seven times. He practiced six days a week after work to maintain his fitness. Fogarty works as a Physician by practice in the US Navy.
