Mike Gibson is the offensive line coach for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a Grey Cup champion, having won the 95th Grey Cup as an assistant coach with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Gibson played college football for the Western Maryland Green Terror from 1974 to 1977. [3] [4]
Gibson began his coaching career with the Cornell Big Red in 1979 as a head freshman coach. [5] After three years with Cornell, he joined the Boston University Terriers in 1982 and became the team's offensive coordinator in 1986. [5] He was later hired by the Rice Owls football program as their director of football operations and recruiting coordinator in 1988. [5] After two seasons with Rice, he returned to coaching with the Temple Owls as their special teams coach and tight ends coach. [5] In 1993, he was named offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Colgate Raiders. [5] From 1996 to 2000, he was coaching the Rutgers Scarlet Knights as their special teams coach and tight ends coach. [5]
On April 2, 2001, it was announced that Gibson had joined the Winnipeg Blue Bombers as the team's offensive line coach. [5]
Gibson returned to coach college football in 2002 for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns as their offensive line coach. [4] He served in that capacity for three seasons. [4]
Gibson returned to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2005 to serve as the team's offensive coordinator. [4] After the team finished in fifth place in the West with a 5–13 record, he was retained under new head coach, Doug Berry, in 2006 as the team returned to the playoffs with a 9–9 record. He resigned following the 2006 season. [6]
Gibson joined the Saskatchewan Roughriders ahead of their 2007 season as the team's offensive line coach. In that season, he won his first Grey Cup championship following the Roughriders' victory over Gibson's former team, the Blue Bombers, in the 95th Grey Cup game. [4] He spent two seasons with the Roughriders. [4]
On December 10, 2008, Gibson was announced as the offensive coordinator for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. [7] He spent two seasons with the team, qualifying for the playoffs in both, before resigning following the 2010 season. [8]
On December 17, 2010, Gibson had joined the Calgary Stampeders as the team's running backs coach. [9] In 2012, Gibson became the team's offensive line coach and served in that role for two seasons. [10]
Gibson joined the expansion Ottawa Redblacks in 2014 to serve as the team's offensive coordinator. [4] However, the team struggled in their first year as they finished last in total points scored, touchdowns, and rushing yards and finished seventh in passing yards. [1] He was relieved of his coaching duties by the Redblacks at the end of their season on November 12, 2014. [1]
On December 29, 2014, Gibson was named head coach for the Regina Rams of CIS football. [11] He spent one season with the Rams as the team posted an 0–8 record prior to his resignation on January 17, 2016. [12] [13]
On January 17, 2016, it was announced that Gibson had joined the Edmonton Eskimos as the team's offensive line coach and run game coordinator. [13] He was promoted to assistant head coach and offensive line coach ahead of the 2019 season. [14]
On February 6, 2020, Gibson was named the offensive line coach for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. [4]

Joe Paopao is a former professional Canadian football quarterback and coach in the Canadian Football League (CFL). Paopao played 11 seasons in the CFL and was a member of the BC Lions, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and the Ottawa Rough Riders. He began his coaching career with the BC Lions and has coached with five CFL organizations, including stints as head coach with the BC Lions in 1996 and the Ottawa Renegades from 2002–2005. He most recently served as the quarterbacks coach for the Ottawa Redblacks.
Henry Armand Burris Jr. is an American former professional football quarterback, and a member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame. He is currently the co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Florida A&M. Burris played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) from 1998 to 2016. He won three Grey Cup championships, two with the Calgary Stampeders, in 1998 and 2008, having spent 10 years of his career with them, and one with the Ottawa Redblacks in 2016. He was also a sports broadcaster and football analyst at TSN, appearing as a panel member on the network's CFL on TSN broadcasts.
Khari Okang Jones is a former professional Canadian football player and was most recently the offensive coordinator and assistant head coach for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was formerly the head coach for the Montreal Alouettes. He is also a former television sports reporter for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). Jones played quarterback in the CFL, where he enjoyed his most success with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Jones also played briefly for the Arena Football League's Albany Firebirds and the World League of American Football's Scottish Claymores. He has also been the offensive coordinator for the BC Lions and Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Jim Daley is a Canadian football coach, who currently serves as the special teams coordinator and assistant head coach for the St. Francis Xavier X-Men football team. He has previously coached in the Canadian Football League from 1990 to 2014, including as head coach for the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He has also been the head coach for the Ottawa Gee-Gees and Ottawa Sooners. He won a national championship as head coach of the Sooners in 1984 and a Grey Cup championship in 2001 as an assistant coach.
Corey Grant is the head coach for the Carleton Ravens football team of U Sports. He is a former professional wide receiver in the Canadian Football League where he played for 11 years and won two Grey Cup championships.
Corey Mace is a Canadian professional football coach and former player who is the head coach for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played as a defensive tackle in the CFL and National Football League (NFL). Mace played college football for the Wyoming Cowboys. He was signed by the NFL's Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2007.
Marcel Bellefeuille is a Canadian football coach who is the head coach of the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees and offensive coordinator for the Michigan Panthers. He originally began his coaching career with Ottawa in 1995 and won the program's second Vanier Cup championship in 2000. He then spent 16 years coaching in the Canadian Football League (CFL), including a stint as the head coach of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats from 2008 to 2011. Bellefeuille returned as head coach of the Gee-Gees in 2020.

Paul LaPolice is an American former football coach who is a broadcaster for TSN. He has served as the head coach for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a two-time Grey Cup champion as an assistant coach, with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2007 and with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2019.
Craig Dickenson is a professional football coach who is a senior consultant for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He has also served as the head coach for the Saskatchewan Roughriders for four seasons. He has coached professional football since 2000 and won a Grey Cup championship with the CFL's Calgary Stampeders in 2008 and with the Edmonton Eskimos in 2015.

He was previously the head coach and general manager of the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Edmonton Elks after serving as the head coach of the Edmonton Eskimos. Jones previously served as the defensive coordinator for the Montreal Alouettes, Calgary Stampeders and Toronto Argonauts before becoming a head coach. Jones won four Grey Cup rings with four teams between 2002 and 2015.
