The Millersville Marauders are the athletic teams that represent Millersville University of Pennsylvania, located in Millersville, Pennsylvania, in NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports.

The Marauders are members of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) for all eighteen varsity sports. Millersville have been members of the PSAC since its foundation in 1951.

Phil Walker, played basketball for the Millersville Marauders. He was a member of world champion 1977-78 Washington Bullets.

Chas McCormick played baseball for the Millersville Marauders. [2] McCormick set Millersville career records in hits, runs, RBIs, and triples, became the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference's all-time hits leader, was named All-PSAC East four times, was named the PSAC East Athlete of the Year, and was named an All-American. [3]

Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Collegiate athletic conference competing in NCAA

The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) is a collegiate athletic conference that participates in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II level. The conference is currently composed of 17 full-time members within Pennsylvania and 1 in West Virginia. The conference headquarters are located in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania and staffed by a commissioner, two assistant commissioners, and a director of media relations.

The American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) is a college athletics association like the NAIA and NCAA. The purpose of the Association is to be an organization of collegiate affiliated programs, which provides structure, regulates operations, and promotes quality in collegiate ice hockey. The interest in college hockey has grown as the game of hockey has grown in the United States. But as aggressively as the sport has grown at the grass-roots level, the number of NCAA programs has not expanded as rapidly to meet the demand as these youth players reach college and look to extend their hockey-playing experience. This is why the ACHA level was created.

Millersville University of Pennsylvania

Millersville University of Pennsylvania is a public university in Millersville, Pennsylvania. It is one of the fourteen schools that comprise the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE). Founded in 1855 as the first Normal School in Pennsylvania, Millersville is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

Eastern Wrestling League

The Eastern Wrestling League (EWL) was an NCAA Division I wrestling-only conference. It was made up mostly of schools from the northeastern United States whose primary conferences did not sponsor wrestling as an NCAA-qualifying event. The teams had traditionally rotated as hosts of the qualifying tournament.

The Northern Illinois Huskies are the athletic teams that represent Northern Illinois University (NIU). The athletic program is made up of seven men's sports and 10 women's sports. The football team competes in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS).

Tri-State Collegiate Hockey League

The Tri-State Collegiate Hockey League (TSCHL) is an ACHA Division II level ice hockey league. ACHA Division II level consists of players with previous Jr. A, AAA or Midget Major experience, along with high caliber high school experience. The level can range from varsity high school up to NCAA Division III skills, depending on the programs.

Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Hockey Association

The Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Hockey Association (MACH) is a college ice hockey league based in the Southeastern region of the United States. The conference is part of the American Collegiate Hockey Association Division 2 and is made up of eight teams from colleges and universities based in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

The Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference (DVCHC) is a collegiate hockey conference associated with the ACHA and independent women's university teams. The conference has men's teams that compete within divisions II and III of the ACHA and women's teams that compete in divisions I and II.

Kutztown Golden Bears

The Kutztown Golden Bears are the sports teams that represent Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, located in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. Kutztown University is a member of NCAA Division II and competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The university sponsors eight men's and thirteen women's intercollegiate sports. The 2017 Shippensburg Raiders football team was an American football team that represented Shippensburg University in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) during the 2017 NCAA Division II football season. Led by seventh-year head coach Mark Maciejewski, the Raiders compiled a 10–1 record and tied for the East Division championship. Both of the team's losses were to West Chester, first in the regular season and later in the Division II playoffs. The team played its home games at Seth Grove Stadium in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.

Minot State Beavers womens ice hockey

Minot State Beavers women's ice hockey represents Minot State University (MSU) in Women's Division 1 of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) and in Women's Midwest College Hockey (WMCH). MSU was one of the founding members of the ACHA's second women's division in 2006–07, but has seen its greatest successes within the last few years. The Beavers qualified for the ACHA National Tournament for the first time in 2017 and made it to the semifinals, and followed that up with back-to-back runner-up finishes in 2018 and 2019. Minot then jumped to Division 1, and was one of the founding members of WMCH with Liberty University, Lindenwood University–Belleville, the University of Minnesota, McKendree University, and Midland University.

Chas Kane McCormick is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Houston Astros of Major League Baseball (MLB). He was drafted by the Astros in the 21st round of the 2017 draft.
