Milton Gray Campbell was an American decathlete of the 1950s. In 1956, he became the first African American to win the gold medal in the decathlon of the Summer Olympic Games.
The Olympisch Stadion or Kielstadion was built as the main stadium for the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp. For those games, it hosted the athletics, equestrian, field hockey, football, gymnastics, modern pentathlon, rugby union, tug of war, weightlifting and korfball (demonstration) events. Following the Olympics it was converted to a football stadium. Its current tenant is K Beerschot VA, a Belgian football club. There are no remnants of the Olympic athletics track.

Milton Bruce "Milt" Ottey is a retired Canadian high jumper. Ottey came to Canada at the age of 10. He attended and graduated from high school in the Toronto District School Board (TDSB). He received a full athletic scholarship from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where he received his bachelor's degree in education. After retiring from active competition, Ottey spent several years coaching at various universities throughout the United States, including University of Texas at El Paso, Kent State University and University of New Mexico before moving back to Toronto, Ontario.
Mílton Lourenço Rosa Barros is an Angolan professional basketball player. He is also a member of the Angola national basketball team. He is 6 ft 1 in (1.85 m) in height and 86 kg in weight. Internationally, Barros has represented Angola on several occasions, including the 2006 Lusophony Games, 2006 FIBA World Championship, 2007 African Championship and the 2008 Summer Olympics.
Milton Morris "Mickey" Whitehurst was an American sportsman. As a wrestler, he competed in the men's freestyle bantamweight at the 1904 Summer Olympics. Whitehurst played ice hockey for the University of Maryland, and was part of the team that won the Northampton Hockey Champions in 1898. Whitehurst also coached the football team at the North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts in 1907 and 1908.
