Bethel University is a private, evangelical Christian university based in Minnesota. It was founded in 1871 as a Baptist seminary and affiliated with Converge. The university enrolls 5,600 students in undergraduate, graduate, and seminary programs. Its main campus is situated on about 290 acres on the east side of Lake Valentine in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
Melissa Hortman is an American politician and the Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives.
