Hidden Treasures Miss Nepal 2011, the 15th Miss Nepal beauty pageant was held on the August 30, 2011, at the Tribhuvan Army Club in Kathmandu. The new main sponsor for the event Dabur Nepal was Lux. This year, 19 young women aged 19 years and above, had been shortlisted for the final from across the country. Sadichha Shrestha Miss Nepal 2010 winner, crowned her successor in the finale event at Tribhuvan Army Club. The winner, Malina Joshi, represented Nepal in the international pageants of Miss World 2011. First Runner Up Anupama Aura Gurung represented Nepal at Miss Earth 2011, and Sarina Maskey went to the Miss International 2011.

Neha Jaiswal crowned Sonal Kukreja as 1st Runner-Up, whereas Kriti Sanon sashed all the remaining Runners-Up. Divita Rai was selected to represent India at Miss Universe 2022 and placed in the top 16.

Ltd. held on 30 December 2020 at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, organized to select the Miss Universe Nepal 2020 titleholder. Uddhab Adhikari was designated Managing Director by the Umanga Creation Pvt. ltd. after it received the official licence from the Miss Universe organisation. Sujita Basnet is an American-Nepalese beauty pageant titleholder, social worker and management consultant who participated in many beauty pageants from 2011 to 2021. She was crowned as Miss Universe Nepal 2021. She represented Nepal at Miss Universe 2021. She was also the first runner up to Miss Universe Nepal 2020. She worked at many social organizations in the USA and became a well-known social worker.

During the coronation night, three winners were crowned by Miss World Nepal 2020 Namrata Shrestha, Miss Earth Nepal 2020 Supriya Shrestha and Miss International Nepal 2020 Sandhya Sharma.

Miss Grand Nepal 2022 was the fourth edition of Miss Grand Nepal beauty pageant, co-organized by Izodom Nepal, Cosmo Group, and Bolly Club Group, held on 10 September 2022 at Hotel Shanker in Kathmandu. Fourteen national candidates, directly chosen by the central organizer through an online application and the audition round, competed for the title, of whom, Aishworya Shrestha from Bagmati Province was named the winner and then represented the country at Miss Grand International 2022 held on October 25, in Indonesia, but she got a non-placement.
The Hidden Treasures Dabur Vatika Shampoo Miss Nepal 2024 was the 28th Miss Nepal pageant held on 3 August 2024 at the Godavari Sunrise Convention Center, at Godawari, Lalitpur. Miss Nepal World 2023 Srichchha Pradhan will crown her successor, Miss Nepal World 2024 at the end of the event, Miss Nepal Earth 2022 will crown Miss Nepal Earth 2024 and will crown Miss Nepal International 2024 respectively.
