Dabur Vatika Miss Nepal 2003, the 9th Miss Nepal beauty contest, was held on September 13, 2003, at the Birendra International Conference Convention Centre in Nepal. It was won by Priti Sitoula, of Kathmandu. [1]
The show was broadcast live by Nepal Television but suffered from minor technical glitches. [2]
The contestants were supported by fashion designer groups INIFD, NEFT, Lakhotia and others. The event differed from previous pageants in that it featured modifications of Nepal's traditional ethnic dresses. Designs from INIFD (International Institute of Fashion Design) were judged to be better than the dresses from competing designers.
Namrata Shrestha hosted the show. The Winner of Miss Nepal 2003, Priti Sitoula, represented Nepal in the Miss World 2003 pageant in Sanya, China. The 1st runner up, Prerana Shah, represented Nepal in the Miss Asia Pacific 2003.

Miss Nepal is a national beauty pageant in Nepal. The winners are sent to Miss World, Miss Earth, Miss International, Miss Supranational.
Dabur Vatika Miss Nepal 2007, the 13th Miss Nepal pageant held on April 7, 2007, at the Birendra International Conference Convention Centre in Nepal. It was won by Sitashma Chand, of Lalitpur.
Miss Teen Nepal is the second-largest beauty pageant in Nepal. This pageant is held by the Kathmandu Jaycees where; teen-aged girls from Nepal participate in the pageant. Hidden Treasures Miss Nepal 2010, the 16th Miss Nepal pageant was held on September 1, 2010, at the Tribhuvan Army Club in Kathmandu. There were 18 women, aged 19 years and above, who had been shortlisted for the final. Miss Nepal 2009 winner Zenisha Moktan crowned her successor Sadichha Shrestha in the finale event at Tribhuvan Army Club. The winner, Sadichha Shrestha, represented Nepal at Miss World 2010, 1st Runner Up Sahana Bajracharya represented Nepal at Miss Earth 2010, and 2nd Runner Up Sanyukta Timsina represented Nepal at Miss International 2010.
Hidden Treasures Miss Nepal 2011, the 17th Miss Nepal beauty pageant was held on the August 30, 2011, at the Tribhuvan Army Club in Kathmandu. The new main sponsor for the event Dabur Nepal was Lux. This year, 19 young women aged 19 years and above, had been shortlisted for the final from across the country. Sadichha Shrestha Miss Nepal 2010 winner, crowned her successor in the finale event at Tribhuvan Army Club. The winner, Malina Joshi, represented Nepal in the international pageants of Miss World 2011. First Runner Up Anupama Aura Gurung represented Nepal at Miss Earth 2011, and Sarina Maskey went to the Miss International 2011.

Miss Nepal 2011 Malina Joshi crowned Shristi Shrestha as Miss Nepal World 2012, who represented Nepal at Miss World 2012 with Nagma Shrestha and Subekshya Khadka crowned as Miss Nepal Earth 2012 and Miss Nepal International 2012 who went to Miss Earth 2012 and Miss International 2012 respectively.

Rojisha Shahi was chosen as Miss Nepal Earth 2013 and was sent to Miss Earth 2013 competition. During the coronation night, three winners will be crowned by Miss World Nepal 2020 Namrata Shrestha, Miss Earth Nepal 2020 Supriya Shrestha and Miss International Nepal 2020 Sandhya Sharma.
Miss Grand Nepal 2016 was the first edition of the Miss Grand Nepal beauty pageant, held on August 23, 2016, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kathmandu, organized by Mero Looks and Revolution Pvt. Ltd. Ten national aspirants competed for the title, of whom a 24-year-old Mass communication student from Kathmandu, Zeenus Lama, was named the winner, and received रु50,000 Rupee cash as the prize while the first and second runners-up, Pooja Shrestha of Lalitpur and Jyotsana Maharjan of Bharatpur, obtained रु25,000 and रु10,000 Rupee, respectively. The event was attended by Claire Parker, Miss Grand International 2015, and the Ambassador of Thailand to Nepal, Vutti Vuttisant.
Miss Grand Nepal 2020 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand Nepal beauty pageant, held on August 13, 2020, at the Mojo Boutique Hotel in Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Ten contestants competed for the title, of whom a 21-year-old medical student from Chitwan, Ambika Joshi Rana, was named the winner and crowned by Miss Grand Nepal 2019, Nisha Pathak. She then represented Nepal on the parent stage, Miss Grand International 2020, held in Thailand on March 27, 2021, but she went unplaced.
