Payal Shakya was crowned Miss Nepal 2004 on August 7, 2004 at Birendra International Convention Center. Sarah Gurung and Anita Gurung won the titles of 1st Runner up and 2nd Runner up, respectively. [1]

Hidden Treasures Miss Nepal 2011, the 15th Miss Nepal beauty pageant was held on the August 30, 2011, at the Tribhuvan Army Club in Kathmandu. The new main sponsor for the event Dabur Nepal was Lux. This year, 19 young women aged 19 years and above, had been shortlisted for the final from across the country. Sadichha Shrestha Miss Nepal 2010 winner, crowned her successor in the finale event at Tribhuvan Army Club. Miss Nepal 2012 Shristi Shrestha crowned her successor Ishani Shrestha as Miss Nepal World 2013, she represented Nepal at Miss World 2013 pageant. Rojisha Shahi was chosen as Miss Nepal Earth 2013 and was sent to Miss Earth 2013 competition. Shritima Shah was chosen as Miss Nepal International 2013 and she represented Nepal for Miss International 2013 pageant.

Payal Shakya is a Nepalese-born Australian model. She is the winner of Miss Nepal 2004, which was held in Birendra International Convention Center, Kathmandu. She is currently residing in Sydney, Australia. She works at Optus. While she was Miss Nepal, Payal worked to save the wetlands and rhinos. She was also the ambassador for Cancer Relief Society.

Miss Pokhara is a beauty pageant which began in 1995 for the girls of Western Development Region. Miss Pokhara has been organized by Pokhara Jaycees since the start and has been a pave way to the field of professional modelling career and direct entry to the national beauty pageant like Miss Nepal.

Karna Shakya is a Nepalese environmentalist, conservationist, hotel entrepreneur, writer and philanthropist. Shakya is a forester by academic qualification. He served as a wildlife officer and pioneered in establishing the first National Park in Nepal. He resigned from his government job, entered the tourism business in 1970, and now owns a chain of eco-friendly hotels in major touristic cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, chitwan and Lumbini.

Miss Nepal 2016 Asmi Shrestha crowned her successor Nikita Chandak as the new Miss Nepal World 2017 who represented Nepal in the Miss World 2017.

Hidden Treasures Ruslan FM 95.2 Miss Nepal 2020, the 26th Miss Nepal beauty pageant, which was held on 5 December 2020 in Kathmandu, Nepal. During the coronation night, four major winners was crowned as Miss World Nepal 2020, Miss Earth Nepal 2020, Miss International Nepal 2020 and Miss Supranational Nepal 2020. Miss Grand Nepal 2016 was the first edition of the Miss Grand Nepal beauty pageant, held on August 23, 2016, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kathmandu, organized by Mero Looks and Revolution Pvt. Ltd. Ten national aspirants competed for the title, of whom a 24-year-old Mass communication student from Kathmandu, Zeenus Lama, was named the winner, and received रु50,000 Rupee cash as the prize while the first and second runners-up, Pooja Shrestha of Lalitpur and Jyotsana Maharjan of Bharatpur, obtained रु25,000 and रु10,000 Rupee, respectively. The event was attended by Claire Parker, Miss Grand International 2015, and the Ambassador of Thailand to Nepal, Vutti Vuttisant.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Miss Grand Nepal 2020</span> 4th Miss Grand Nepal competition, beauty pageant edition

Miss Grand Nepal 2020 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand Nepal beauty pageant, held on August 13, 2020, at the Mojo Boutique Hotel in Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Ten contestants competed for the title, of whom a 21-year-old medical student from Chitwan, Ambika Joshi Rana, was named the winner and crowned by Miss Grand Nepal 2019, Nisha Pathak. She then represented Nepal on the parent stage, Miss Grand International 2020, held in Thailand on March 27, 2021, but she went unplaced.
