Miss Malaysia 1967, the 4th edition of the Miss Universe Malaysia, was held on 2 July 1967 at the Asrama Perak, Tambun, Ipoh, Perak. Monkam Siprasome (also known as Anne Low) of Kedah was crowned by the consort of the Sultan of Perak, Che Puan Negara Raja Muzwin Raja Arif Shah at the end of the event. [1] [2] She then represented Malaysia at the Miss Universe 1967 pageant in Miami, Florida. [3]

Miss Malaysia Universe 1971, the 5th edition of the Miss Universe Malaysia, was held on 12 June 1971 at the Merlin Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Yvette Batterman of Selangor was crowned by the outgoing titleholder, Josephine Wong of Perak at the end of the event. She then represented Malaysia at the Miss Universe 1971 pageant in Miami, Florida.

Miss Malaysia 1964, the first edition of Miss Universe Malaysia pageant, was held on 13 June 1964 at the Merdeka Stadium, Kuala Lumpur. Angela Filmer of Selangor was crowned by the wife of then Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives Malaysia, Tan Sri Khir Johari, Puan Khalsom Abdul Rahman at the end of the event. She then represented Malaysia at the Miss Universe 1964 pageant in Miami, Florida.

Miss Malaysia 1965, the 2nd edition of the Miss Universe Malaysia, was held on 12 June 1965 at the Merdeka Stadium, Kuala Lumpur. Patricia Augustus of Penang was crowned by the outgoing titleholder, Angela Filmer of Selangor at the end of the event. She then represented Malaysia at the Miss Universe 1965 pageant in Miami, Florida.

Miss Malaysia 1963, the first edition of the Miss World Malaysia pageant was held on 23 April 1963, at the Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur. 30 candidates from all across Federation, Singapore and Borneo were expected to compete but only 11 candidates were chosen to compete in the grand finale while the remainder will be taking part at a fashion tableau in conjunction of the contest.
