Mississippi Highway 478 (MS 478) is a highway in central Mississippi. Its western terminus is at MS 472 in Schley. It goes east, and its eastern terminus is at MS 43 in Shivers.
MS 478 begins at MS 472 in Schley. It continues east towards Shivers and takes a slight right at the junction of Shivers Road. Its eastern terminus is at MS 43 in Shivers. [1]

Mississippi Highway 182 designates the old two-lane highway for U.S. Route 82 (US 82) where the current US 82 occupies a new right-of-way. Some of the towns with a segment of MS 182 are Winona, Kilmichael, Eupora, Mayhew, Starkville, and Columbus.
Mississippi Highway 364 is a state highway in northeastern Mississippi, separated in two segments. The route starts at MS 30 southeast of Booneville and travels northeastward. The road travels through Altitude and ends at MS 365 in Cairo. The other segment begins in Holcut and travels eastward to its terminus at MS 25 at Midway. The route was designated in 1950, from a former segment of MS 30 between MS 365 and MS 25. The route was extended southwestwards to MS 30 around 1960, and the highway was completely paved by 1984. The section of MS 364 near the Tennessee–Tombigbee Waterway were removed by the same year, and another section from MS 365 to the waterway was removed ten years later.
Mississippi Highway 28 (MS 28) is a state highway in south-central Mississippi, United States, that runs east–west from U.S. Highway 84 (US 84) west of Laurel to US 61/MS 33 in Fayette. It travels approximately 126 miles (203 km), serving Jefferson, Copiah, Simpson, Smith, and Jones counties.
Mississippi Highway 43 is a state highway in Mississippi that generally runs north–south in three segments: the first from US 90 near Bay St. Louis to MS 13 south of Columbia, resuming at MS 13 in southern Jefferson Davis County to end near Mendenhall, and finally starting again at MS 18 near Puckett to end at Attala Road 3122 in northern Attala County. It traverses approximately 235 miles (378 km), serving Hancock, Pearl River, Marion, Jefferson Davis, Lawrence, Simpson, Rankin, Madison, Leake, and Attala counties.
Mississippi Highway 9W is a 20.3-mile (32.7 km) long state highway located in northern Mississippi. The southern terminus of the route is at MS 9 north of Bruce in Calhoun County while the northern terminus is at MS 7 south of Oxford in Lafayette County. The route is a two-lane undivided road its entire length and passes through rural areas of woods and farms. Along the way, MS 9W intersects MS 315 in Paris. MS 9W was designated to follow its current alignment in 1956 and was fully paved from a gravel road by 1960.
Mississippi Highway 27 is a state highway in Mississippi. It runs from south to north for 120.9 miles (194.6 km) across the western and south-central parts of the state, serving 5 counties: Walthall, Lawrence, Copiah, Hinds, and Warren. The segment between Vicksburg and Crystal Springs is known vernacularly as the "Utica cutoff" because it facilitates a circumvention of Jackson for I-20 / I-55 traffic flowing between Vicksburg and Hammond.
Mississippi Highway 149 is a state highway in Mississippi. The route designation is given to six former segments of U.S. Route 49, and two former sections of US 49W, within the state that have been bypassed. The sections run through Wiggins, Mount Olive, between Magee and Sanatorium, between Mendenhall and Braxton, in Richland, Mississippi, between Yazoo City and Silver City, Inverness, and Clarksdale. The total length of the eight sections of MS 149 is 58.073 miles (93.459 km).
Mississippi Highway 332 is a highway in central Mississippi. Its western terminus is at U.S. Route 51 in Grenada. The route travels northeastward through farmland to Grenada Municipal Airport. The road continues to its eastern terminus at Toe Road, southwest of the Grenada Lake. The designation was created in 1958 for a former segment of MS 7, which was rerouted north of the lake.
Mississippi Highway 603 is a 25.0-mile-long (40.2 km) state highway in Hancock County, Mississippi. The highway generally runs north–south from its southern terminus at U.S. Route 90 (US 90) in Waveland through Bay St. Louis and Kiln to its northern terminus at MS 53 near Necaise. The road is maintained by the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT). MDOT and Mississippi's law code define MS 603's southern terminus as its intersection with MS 43 in Kiln. However, many maps such as Google Maps and MapQuest, and local signage show the highway continuing farther south to Waveland.' The road that became MS 603 has existed since 1927, and the highway was designated in 1950. The highway was also partially paved, from Waveland to Kiln, in 1950 and was completely paved in 1957. An interchange was created at Interstate 10 (I-10) in 1960.
Magnolia Way, officially designated as Mississippi Highway 780, is a short unsigned state highway in northeastern Mississippi. The road starts at County Road 203, and travels southeastward as a frontage road of the concurrence of Interstate 22 (I-22) and U.S. Route 78. It intersects the entrance of the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi (TMMMS), located near Blue Springs. Magnolia Way ends at its intersection with MS 9 south of Sherman. Construction of the road began in 2007 to serve TMMMS, and it opened on August 24, 2009, two years before the manufacturing plant opened.
Mississippi Highway 504 is a state highway in central Mississippi. The route starts at MS 15 south of Newton and travels southeastward. The road turns east at a county road near Garlandville and travels to its eastern terminus at MS 503 in the unincorporated area of Hero. The route was designated around 1956, from MS 15 to MS 503, and has not changed significantly since.

Mississippi Highway 489 is a state highway that runs for 22.215 miles (35.752 km) in the eastern part of the US state of Mississippi. The route's south end begins at U.S. Route 80 (US 80) in the Scott County portion of Lake. It almost immediately crosses into Newton County and runs to Conehatta. Following this, MS 489 continues northeast to its terminus at MS 492 in Union. The route, which is also partially designated as the Jason Boyd Memorial Highway, was first established in 1956, and it became fully paved in 1965.
Mississippi Highway 433 (MS 433) is a state highway in western Mississippi consisting of two segments. The western segment, running entirely in Sharkey County is unsigned and runs for about 10.5 miles (16.9 km). The eastern segment, at a length of 45.3 miles (72.9 km), runs from Satartia in Yazoo County to rural Holmes County.

The highway is signed north-south though the overall direction runs from west to east from Lena to Sebastopol, Scott County; its purported northern terminus is lower in latitude than its southern terminus.
Mississippi Highway 472 (MS 472) is a two-lane wide state highway in Copiah and Simpson counties, Mississippi. The highway consists of two segments- a western segment that runs from outside of Hazlehurst to Rockport that is signed and state maintained, and an eastern segment which is unsigned and maintained by Simpson County. The route number was created in 1957 and had once extended as far west as Carpenter.
