Mississippi Highway 857 (MS 857) is a highway in Central Mississippi that connects Gluckstadt to Canton.
MS 857's southern terminus is at Calhoun Station Parkway in Gluckstadt then shortly after the southern terminus it has an interchange with I-55 exit 114 then continues north and intersects with MS 860 and then the northern terminus is at Nissan Parkway in Canton. [1] [2]

Madison County is a county located in the U.S. state of Mississippi. As of the 2020 census, the population was 109,145. The county seat is Canton. The county is named for Founding Father and U.S. President James Madison.

Gluckstadt is a city in Madison County, Mississippi, United States. It was a census-designated place and unincorporated community until the municipal incorporation of the City of Gluckstadt became effective in June 2021. As of the 2020 census, prior to incorporation, the Gluckstadt CDP had a population of 3,208. The city is located along Interstate 55 in south-central Madison County, between the cities of Madison and Canton. It is part of the Jackson Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Nissan Parkway is a short divided highway in central Mississippi. The road starts at Mississippi Highway 22. It travels east to an interchange with Interstate 55 (I-55) and intersects a road leading to a Nissan assembly plant. The parkway then continues eastward to its eastern terminus at U.S. Route 51 and MS 16. Nissan Parkway was constructed in 2002 from MS 22 to I-55, after being proposed in one year before. The road was extended to its current eastern terminus by 2003.

Mississippi Highway 462 is a state highway in western Mississippi. The route starts at U.S. Route 61 near Port Gibson, and it travels eastward. The road then turns northeastward, and the route ends at Willows Road and Old Port Gibson Road near Willows. MS 462 was designated around 1958, as a gravel road extending eastward from US 61 near Port Gibson. The road was extended to MS 461 from 1960 to 1963, then to the Natchez Trace Parkway from 1967 to 1998.

The southern section begins at MS 182 in Starkville. The road travels north out of the city, and crosses U.S. Route 82 and MS 15. North of Starkville, the route continues northwestwards and ends at the Oktibbeha–Clay county line south of Pheba. The northern section starts at MS 46 west of Montpelier, and it travels north to cross the Natchez Trace Parkway in Chickasaw County. MS 389 ends at MS 8 in Houston.
