The Montgomery County Delegation refers to the Maryland state delegates and senators who are elected from legislative districts in Montgomery County, Maryland to serve in the Maryland General Assembly, consisting of the Montgomery County House Delegation and the Montgomery County Senate Delegation. ,The delegation is responsible for representing the interests, needs and concerns of the citizens of Montgomery County in the Maryland General Assembly. The delegation considers local and bi-county legislation, that is, Maryland state bills that have effect only in Montgomery County or, in the case of legislation that relates to land use and the functions of the bi-county Maryland-National Capital Parks and Planning Commission, in both Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. The delegation has four committees, the Economic Development Committee; Education, Elections, and Housing Committee; Land Use, Transportation, and Public Safety Committee; and Metro Washington Area Committee, which review local and bi-county legislation within their areas of responsibility. The Maryland House of Delegates is the lower house of the legislature of the U.S. state of Maryland. It consists of 141 delegates elected from 47 districts. The House of Delegates Chamber is in the Maryland State House on State Circle in Annapolis, the state capital. The State House also houses the Maryland State Senate Chamber and the offices of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor of the State of Maryland. Each delegate has offices in Annapolis, in the nearby Casper R. Taylor Jr. House Office Building.

The United States is a federation; consequently, the government of Maryland, like the other 49 state governments, has exclusive authority over matters that lie entirely within the state's borders, except as limited by the Constitution of the United States.
The Maryland Senate, sometimes referred to as the Maryland State Senate, is the upper house of the General Assembly, the state legislature of the U.S. state of Maryland. Composed of 47 senators elected from an equal number of constituent single-member districts, the Senate is responsible, along with the Maryland House of Delegates, for passage of laws in Maryland, and for confirming executive appointments made by the Governor of Maryland.
Susan Clair Lee is an American politician. She has served as the 72nd Maryland Secretary of State since 2023. She was previously a member of the Maryland State Senate from 2015 to 2023, and of the Maryland House of Delegates from 2002 to 2015. She represented District 16, which is located in Montgomery County, and was the first Asian American elected to the Maryland State Senate and the first Asian American woman and first Chinese American to be elected to the Maryland legislature.
Richard Stuart Madaleno Jr., commonly known as Rich Madaleno, is an American politician from Maryland. A Democrat, he was a member of the Maryland State Senate, representing the state's 18th district in Montgomery County, which includes Wheaton and Kensington, as well as parts of Silver Spring, Bethesda and Chevy Chase. Madaleno served as chair of the Montgomery County Senate Delegation from 2008 to 2011. He previously served four years in the House of Delegates.
Tom Hucker is an American elected official and a Democrat from the U.S. state of Maryland. He served from 2007 until 2014 as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from District 20, which included neighborhoods in Takoma Park and Silver Spring. He also previously served as a member of the Montgomery County Council, representing District 5 from 2014 to 2022.
Dana Max Stein is an American politician from Maryland and a member of the Democratic Party. He is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 11B in Baltimore County.
Nancy J. King is an American politician who is a member of the Maryland Senate from the 39th district since 2007. A member of the Democratic Party, she has served as the majority leader of the Maryland Senate since 2020. King previously represented the district in the Maryland House of Delegates from 2003 to 2007.

Acevero is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America.
